Kid'S World Learning Center

All I can say is that I love Miss Diane. Her name stands out because she stands out. she’s a very kind , good hearted, and highly positive woman. She does her best In assisting my kids at the Center. I am grateful that she is a director and hopefully other workers around her can use her as example on how a person should be around children. Her presence at the daycare center is what makes me comfortable bringing my children there every day. Like other Day care centers, not everything is perfect, but I see that she tries to correct issues when they are brought to her attention and tries to correct them to the best of her ability. Ms Britney has also been very helpful with dealing With Any administrative work related to the children. Couple of the teachers or counselors there are nice but a few can use some training on how to be more patient .

I love Ms. Diane and Ms. Jackie. As an essential worker, I never had to worry about childcare. The staff ensured to follow all CDC precautions and my daughter definitely thrives at Kid's World.

It's nothing personal Update: 10/22/18 I'm sorry that you feel me coming to google reviews and telling my honest encounter with you all is ruining your rep, my intentions were only to share my experience with other parents. Telling my experience is what this platform is made for. My child went to Kid's World for 3 non-consecutive months (excluding summer break) Shame on you for trying to stop me from telling the truth Disclaimer:Having employees to post positives comments about the daycare doesn't give a real scope of what is going on. I used this facility for before and after care. I had to take my kid out because she was being bullied by another kid (physically and verbally) everyday with no help from the adults. My kid told me the girl hit her so hard in the eye that she saw colors. I informed the owner and director as soon as I found out. Also, I told them I would like a meeting with the other child’s parent. The owner told me after that week my child will be separated from the bully and set up a date for us parents to meet. When I got there to meet, the director told me the owner left to take the kids on a field trip, making me feel he wasn’t taking me seriously at all (he also never apologized or set up another meeting.) I, then, asked the director to set something up with the other parent bc the bully was still hurting my kid daily, and she told me the other is not going to meet with me. The owner, several times, rest me assured that the other little girl would be in another class separately from my kid. The next week around school started and my kid rode the daycare van to elementary school. Not being informed that the bully was attending the same school as my child, for 4 whole weeks, my kid tells me that the same kid is bullying her on the daycare van. I couldn’t believe no one had told me they were together again and no one, once again, was protecting my kid. I had to contact the elementary school for the bully to get reprimanded for her actions. Also, the school told me that the bully’s parent told them that Kids world told them my kid was bullying her kid. At that point I was done. I don’t understand how a child, who bullies, is allowed to still attend the program without her parent being required to meet to resolve the issue. The parent shouldn’t have a choice.

My kids all have attended the Belmont location for 8 years now, and they LOVED it. Ms.Daine, Mr.Paul, Ms.Angel,Ms.Jackie and our all time favorite Ms. Patricia. If it wasn't for the pandemic they wouldn't have never left. As parents we love the curriculum and how its taught. Not only are the kids taught the normal ABC'S and 1 2 3's but its taught with a Christian background. We cant thank you all enough for all hard work! Heaven, Enrique and our latest addition Atreáus will be coming back before the end of the month. I COULD NOT AND WOULD NOT TRUST ANOTHER PROVIDER TO WATCH OUR KIDS.

This was by far one of the worst experiences with my child . Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND! Ms.Angel was the best! However all the other teachers and staffs are very unprofessional and have disgusting attitudes.
