Our daughter attended Kid's World for a year and a half and absolutely loved it, and learned so much. Heba and the other teachers are so kind and attentive, they organize sing-along music classes with visiting music teachers, fun activities, and "science experiments", along with lots of outdoor time. We can't recommend this daycare highly enough! And we are so grateful for our time there.

My son graduated from the Kid's World 3K program in June and my daughter just started, with both of them attending as "daycare" kids for a little over a year prior to that. We love Ms. Heba's school. Meals are provided, the schedule is great for working parents (they're open during normal DOE school closure days with the option to pay an additional daily rate - a huge bonus!) and the teachers are warm and friendly. Ms. Heba has an ambitious curriculum for the 3K, and younger kids who are developmentally ready are gently encouraged to tag along with activities when they can. Older students were regularly responsible for helping make the afternoon snack (cutting up fruit for a parfait, mixing batter for baked goods, etc). Science projects were long term and daily lessons built on each other - for example a walk through the neighborhood to observe twigs falling on the ground during the fall would lead to lessons on how birds build their nests, lay eggs, and hatch them. The teachers have been supportive during potty training and hold all the children to a high standard with regards to kindness, community building, and emotional regulation and development. It has been a wonderful step for both of our toddlers between infant care and pre-K. I also really, really appreciate that Ms. Heba can use technology effectively - there's a ClassDojo app where tons of pictures are posted each day, it is easy to message the teachers, and there's a parents groupchat where birthday parties or playdates can be organized and discussed. It feels like a strong community because it is easy for all of us to communicate with each other and I really appreciate that she facilitated that.

We’ve been with this daycare since the very beginning, and I can’t say enough about how grateful we are to have found such a nurturing, enriching, and supportive environment for our daughter, Eleanor. She was even selected for their DOE 3K program, and watching her grow and thrive here has been a joy. Ms. Heba Tayeh, the founder and lead teacher, is nothing short of amazing. With a background as a Pre-K teacher at P.S. 58, she brings a wealth of experience and passion to everything she does. You can truly tell she was born to teach. The curriculum she’s created is both engaging and developmentally rich, from science experiments and music classes to cooking lessons where the kids wear the cutest little chef outfits. One of my favorite features is the app they use to share daily photos and updates. It brings so much peace of mind to see Eleanor learning, laughing, and exploring throughout the day. They even make thoughtful handmade gifts for Mother’s Day and Father’s Day, such a sweet touch that shows how much care and love goes into every detail. The daycare recently opened a beautiful new private outdoor play space, and the children also go on little walking trips, like visiting the turtles down the street or playing at the local playground. Eleanor is always so excited to see her friends and teachers in the morning, and that kind of enthusiasm says everything. They were also incredibly helpful and patient during Eleanor’s potty training journey. The support and consistency they provided made the process so much smoother, it truly felt like a team effort. Another big plus is the food! The breakfast and lunches they provide are nutritious and kid-friendly. They've even managed to get our picky eater to try and enjoy new foods, something I didn’t think was possible! But what truly sets this daycare apart is the heart. When Eleanor had a difficult stretch where she was in and out of the hospital, Ms. Heba went above and beyond. She supported us every step of the way, even making a house visit to drop off homemade gifts from the class to lift Eleanor’s spirits. Knowing she was so loved and cared for during such a hard time was an incredible comfort. The annual graduation ceremony is the perfect capstone, complete with caps and gowns and they really make it very special for kids and parents. We will miss this magical place deeply when Eleanor moves on, but we’ll always be grateful for the love, care, and learning she received here. Truly a second home and a treasure for any family lucky enough to be a part of it.

We are beyond thankful for the incredible care our daughter received at Kids World Daycare from the very beginning, we felt the warmth and professionalism of the staff, and we knew right away that we made the right choice. The teachers are nurturing, patient, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They took the time to get to know our daughter, understand her needs, and help her grow in confidence, creativity, and independence. Every day, she came home with a big smile, excited to tell us about what she learned, the stories she heard, and the friends she made. She especially loved the baking classes and the music classes. Big plus for only serving organic foods. The environment is clean, safe, and filled with engaging activities that truly support early development. We especially appreciated the regular updates, photos, and open communication and they really helped us feel connected to her day even when we weren’t there. Our little one was lucky to get a 3K spot at Kids World and it has been an amazing year for him. All our expectations were exceeded. Our kid blossomed with Mrs Heba and her team, he learned so much, laughed, played and made new friends in such a caring environment. The food, the space, the routine they have. All was perfect. We don’t have nice enough words to describe how this year has been for him, and for us, and we are truly sad saying good bye as he’s graduating this week and will be starting pre-k next year. Wish we could do next year here as well!
