My kiddo has been going to Kids University since he was 6 months old and he's soon to be 6! They have helped to prepare my child for a future of learning. Since we have been there for so long and over some very crucial years (Covid & change in ownership ) we have seen the daycare go through lots of changes and everything has been well communicated and understandable. The staff has always been so kind and caring towards my whole family. Over the years the staff has provided support and help in ways I cannot express my gratitude enough for. I have seen first hand that when you send your children to Kids U that they are being watched over and loved as if they were their own.

My son will soon start preschool and today was his last day at Kids U after almost 3 years of attendance. I will forever be grateful to all the staff at Kids U for taking such great care of my baby boy. I know many wonderful and lasting memories were made throughout the 3 years. If in the future we are in need of summer care, I will contact you without hesitation. Many, many thanks Kids University! <3

I want to start by saying the teachers in the infant room were always kind to my baby. They were always excited to see her. I do believe that they did their best to care for her. However, in the three months she was there, there were 4-5 critical communications failures between the staff themselves, and with my husband and I as parents that caused stress, worry, time off work, and further potential medical visits. These incidents led to us no longer being able to trust this facility and pull our daughter. When we first began there was a mix up after the teachers had requested more supplies (diapers and clothes). They had been delivered that morning, but were placed in the wrong cubby because my child and another baby had the same initials-though all items were labeled with full names. We said, thank God it wasn’t the bottles-that would be awkward. Then we received a. All mid day on a Monday that my child was completely out of diapers and needed to be picked up immediately. No notice was given. When asked about the communications we were told “there was a note in the cubby and YOU must have left before anyone could give it to you”. Had to leave work and immediately pick up my child. Then we get a call that my child supposedly had a 101 fever. Rushed to get there and the teacher in the room said it was really only 99.1 but they round up one degree because they don’t think their thermometers are very accurate. After taking my child home and testing temp on 3 different thermometers, I could not get a single reading about 98.2. Child needed to stay home the next day (even though policy is not to send home at 99.1) Final straw- got a call on Monday after having already picked my child up and been home for 30 minutes that the teachers had given another baby (baby with same initials we already had a mix up with) my babies breast milk bottle. But “luckily they are both breastfed babies” and it happened “because they have the same initials”.- though my child’s bottles were labeled with full name. After all of these things happened in three months, I was not giving the opportunity for the next thing to happen. Again, I do believe they were kind and wanted the best for my child- they had just lost my trust.

Kids University has been a blessing in disguise for my family. I have a one-year-old and two-year-old son who has attended this daycare since they were both 6months old. As a single mother, I struggled to find a daycare that just felt right to send my boys. Then I found Mrs. Jessica and Mrs. Christy at Kids University. From day one, the presence of the school was clean and full of smiles, love, and learning. These women genuinely love my boys as much as momma does, and it shows. To top it off, my boys love it there. They have never come home and acted as if they had been neglected, never came home with a single diaper rash, always come home with a smile, that is unless my babies just weren't feeling good. I will add that my two-year-old can count beyond ten knows his colors speak so well and so much more. Any situation was brought to my attention and handled best for all the children's safety. Almost all the staff there now has been there since I began taking my kids here and that I love as well; turnovers at daycares can be tuff on kids but not here. Ten out of ten!!!!
