Kids Town Child Development Center INC

We have been at Kids Town for about a year now and it has been a fantastic experience. My son has Sensory Processing Issues, and the staff at Kids Town have been extremely involved in helping him regulate and learn. They have worked with his Occupational Therapist to ensure that everything he/we are learning is being applied to his everyday school life. They do a great job communicating and will take the time to answer all questions/concerns that you may have. When it comes to academics my son has made more progress than he ever has. You can tell he is having fun learning and is retaining what is being taught. This is a direct reflection on the great staff and curriculum they have. Our experience has been great and would recommend to anyone looking for childcare.

I am an infant parent have been here for a while, the teachers here have been really engaging really supportive with all they do. I have no bad complaints at this time . My son comes in and has full smiles , he loves doing atrwork since learning it at school. This center is teaching my son so much and will continue to help my child grow in all he does.

Definitely refer to the list of violations listed publicly by Medina County JFS when considering this center. The center was great when we first enrolled, under the previous management. Now, since Amy has taken over, it has gone completely downhill. Every time I dropped off or picked up my kid, Ms. Hanadi or some other teacher was yelling at the kids. Not correcting, yelling. As for the violations, the most concerning ones are that they do not watch the kids directly, rather by video monitor. Milk for the babies was not being stored correctly, including breast milk, which spoils very easily. Kids and teachers were NOT washing their hands after playing outside or touching BODILY FLUIDS, and SO many more. You can expect your kid to be sick at least every other week. The teachers USED to be great and the remaining ones who worked under previous management that are still there, which is about 2 of them. They do not report on what your kid actually eats for the day and how much, or bathroom breaks. Meal plans are sub par, if that. There is no variety and minimal nutritional value. My 3 year old would come home every day complaining about not being liked by friends or teachers. EXTREMELY disappointed in this center from what it used to be vs. now. Highly recommend looking elsewhere when considering childcare, especially considering you can find so much better for the same price.

Kids Town is an outstanding place to send your child. Great staff, amazing educational experience, terrific hours that work with many different types of work schedules. Owners are flexible and go above and beyond for kids. I would highly recommend this daycare facility to anyone looking for high quality childcare and an exceptional educational experience. Responsibly priced, meals provided, lots of cool rooms for your child to explore throughout the day. Fantastic staff members to guide your child through learning through fun, play, and so much more. I have two kids and will be sending both to Kids Town. As an educator myself I know my kids are in the best hands while I’m at school. They’re one of only two five star daycares in Brunswick! They’re definitely five star for a reason! Go check it out now!

My 3 year old son has been going here for about 5 months now and he absolutely loves it! He has made so many new friends and has learned so much. The staff there is very attentive and caring and the class sizes are smaller than most centers so he gets a lot of individualized attention and I love that he gets healthy meals that are prepared right there on site (Miss Evelyn is awesome!) He has a "home base" where he does all of his curriculum and then separate rooms for art, theater and reading. The change in him since he started had been incredible and we are so so happy with our decision to send him here.
