The reviews provided appear to be for Ascension Parish Church rather than Kid's Time daycare center. The reviews consistently praise the welcoming community, spiritual leadership, and beautiful architecture, but do not contain information about daycare services or child care quality.
Nice church with traditional Catholic mass. I think the music and the singing could be toned down a bit as it's too loud but maybe that is their music mass. Really pretty inside and friendly people.
What a great place for a wedding. Also seems like a great school. Stained glass windows are very nice.
Jusus Christ My Risrn Lord and Saviour is preached. Diving into the scriptures is encouraged. Mother Mary is honored with a beautiful garden in front. Donna (Office Manager ) was good. She took my name for a introductory meeting with Fr. Steve Henricksen (pastor). Dr. STEVE is a very thoughtful pastor. I noticed that with my many questions and ponderings. Ascension parish is a haven of His Peace as it has a strong social activism charism. The sanctuary is fairly straightforward. What drew me to Ascension were the beautiful stain glass in the santuary
This is a lovely modern church with a charming and articulate Pastor, however it has the the rudest most ignorant group of parishioners we have ever encountered. We arrived 40 minutes early to mass to find the church half full but people were reserving the pews for family and friends. The pastoral associate explained to us "that is how we do things". Finally a gentleman offered us two that he had saved. The Children's Choir delivered a lovely concert all but drowned out by audience talking and seat jockeying. Sad experience!
I found the exact same experience as it seemed everyone was in a closed click. My wife and two children attended and it certainly was, at best, half full, but spiritually empty. An older curly haired large lady came up to us smiling. I don't know why she was smiling when the only thing she said was to ask us to move back a pew for what I cannot even remember. We left right as mass started and the pew we moved from had not been used. I am sure we were the only black family in the church and the mood seemed to make sure they wanted to keep it that way. At my wifes request we left and went to Our Lady of Lords Church and it felt really nice to fit in.
