Kids Rainbow Learning Center

I brought my 2 year old to this center because it looked nice and I wanted him to spend at least 3 hours there 3 times a week to get him used to being around other kids. I stayed with him during breakfast since it was his first day staying by himself at a day care. The first abnormality I noticed, was all the kids going into the same bathroom at the same time and most of them had their diapers or underwater off and boys and girls were half naked in front of each other. While in the room where my son was going to stay, only one lady was taking care of 10 kids of different ages, including a 4 month old baby. One kid threw a wooden block at another kids head and they just looked and didn’t say anything. I left and to my surprise when I returned my son was crying his eyes out, I could hear him crying from outside and his look was miserable. His ear was beaten and no one cared to call me and let me know. I spoke to the owner about it and she just told me “Kids do that” . I didn’t return the next day and she never called me to ask me how my son was doing or if I was going to take him back at all. It was very frustrating to know no one cared that my sons ear was bitten or if I had the right to know what happened. Very disappointed at this center and the staff, who are supposed to be taking care of the children.

They take very good care of my son and the food is freshly cooked. I wish they spoke English, but we both speak English and Spanish at house. They always call me when my son is sick at home asking if he is ok and etc.

I went her when I was little the teachers where very sweet and kind I loved hanging out with the people their it was fun.
