Find a new daycare. There are only a couple that actually care but they cannot handle if your child has any develpment delays. We were told that its in the handbook that if a child doesn't go to school then they cant come to daycare but we never got a handbook so who knows seems fishy! The director is rude & very unprofessional she straight up said she is use to good kids only. They lost clothes & when we pulled our child they lost his brand new marvel blanket. Said she'd look & let us know but never heard anything. We reported problems to the district manager & there was never any follow up. They teachers & director were just sitting around on their phones when we showed up several times to pick our child up never saw any of them on their level interacting with any of the kids. No structure at all! If the assistant director takes over it could possibly improve she is very caring.

No order or communication in the facility. Didn't receive a handbook, meet any teachers/director or tour of the facility when my child first started. The director is rude, says things about children to their parents that is completely unprofessional. Doesn't remind/ help children with potty training, picked up my child in wet clothes more often than not. Never answers the main phone. Allows other children to be mean/bully others. Teachers including the director are sitting down on their phones often. There's only like two or three teachers at the facility that truly listen and care about the kiddos.

Horrible. Not reliable. No order or consistency. One teacher was abusive. We witnessed her bang a little girls head on a table. My son was deathly afraid of her. Also he was always filthy and not happy at all. We have none of these issues at our new daycare. I never knew what room he would be in when I got there to pick him up. They shuffled kids around .

Thank god I never enrolled my child here. Toddlers have behavior issues and to tether them down as a “lesson” or act of “discipline”.. that’s called child abuse!! Let’s tie you up for almost an hour and see how your circulation feels! What I want to know is why no one came within the 50 minutes this child was tied up to a chair? Obviously he had to have been screaming for help. OMG. Y’all should be ashamed of offering a service to the public. I hope every single parent takes their kid out of this place. Run away parents!! The kid that got abused; they were trying to blame the parents when there is video footage of a worker here torturing a helpless child!! RUN AWAY

My 2 year old child was abused here. He was strapped into a chair for approx 50 minutes as part of his “discipline” . A blister was formed as he struggled and cried to get out. What’s even more alarming, this incident was not reported to me. The teacher has lied multiple times about it even though a there’s video confirmation. Also, the owner Diane F. got a nasty attitude once I requested to see the whole video. She is said “it’ll only make you upset, there’s no reason to look at the whole video”. The owner told me she owns multiple daycares. I would not trust any of them. Anyone who wants to hide and cover up abuse SHOULD NOT be trusted around children. Please, for the safety of your child, reconsider this “daycare”.
