Kids 'R' Kids Schools Of Quality Learning

This is one of the best daycares I have ever been to, from the first moment I walked in I seen how clean and taken care of the facility is. The staff will answer any questions you have if your a new parent like myself.(experienced) My sons has met every milestone a month before due to the staffs help. He even gets food made by a staff member that makes the food everyday. He looks forward to going every morning when he wakes up. I always suggest bringing any of kids to a daycare THIS IS THE PLACE to GO!

My grandson attends this daycare and when I first walked in the facility was amazing looking. The front staff was very friendly and helpful since it was my first time picking him up for my daughter. She is a teacher here and loves going to work with all the children. She is a turtle teacher. Never seen her happier!!!

When looking at daycares, we got a positive impression from Kids R Kids based on what was shared on the tour, the information on their website, and the positive Google reviews. The ability to monitor the rooms via camera was also a plus. However, our experience did not reflect what was promoted to us. The care that our son received in the infant rooms could best be described as bare minimum. The fact that their website mentions a curriculum or activities is laughable. Luckily we did have camera access to see that he spent his day being moved from container to container. He was often left to cry in a container or crib for 40-60 minutes. He was usually held just for feedings and to be changed. When I would pick up my son at the end of the day, he would be hoarse from having cried so much. The communication from the center was also poor. Their app either didn’t work or wasn’t used. When the main teacher had left for the day, no more diaper changes or feeds were entered. On his second day, he was moved into a different infant room without notifying us. When I couldn’t find him on the camera access that I had, it took calling over 5 times before someone answered the phone and was able to tell me where my son was. After we unenrolled, I went back to the Google reviews to see if there was anything that I had missed that could’ve indicated that sending our son here was a mistake. I then noticed 3 employee names that I recognized who had written reviews without disclosing their employment with the center. Not only is this against Google’s policy, but is also in violation of the Federal Trade Commission’s rule that prohibits employees to post online reviews without properly disclosing their relationship to the business. Prospective parents should take this into consideration and question the validity of any reviews. Kids r Kids puts on a good appearance, but they fail to deliver on quality care.

I would never bring my daughter back to that place. The staff there are completely unprofessional. I came up there to address a problem between my 7 year old daughter and her teacher and was completely ambushed by the teacher and a few of her sisters who work there also. They were cussing in front of the kids, pointing their fingers in my face and I felt unsafe for me and my daughter and I'm a man. I was so embarrassed because all of this went on in front of my daughter and other people's children. In the end, there was no solution and even though I'm wrecking my brain trying to find another place for my daughter on such short notice, as God is my witness, I wouldn't dare place my child back into that unhealthy environment.

Absolutely in love with the staff at Kids R Kids! They take the time with our children, know each different personality in their room and show the love and compassion our kids deserve in our absence. The classrooms engage in sooo many different activities throughout each week, I’m always getting new artwork and pictures of them while playing❤️. Every morning when we come in the classrooms are clean, staged and ready for the kids arrival and a great day. cute music is playing inside and outside upon arrival and we’re always greeted with someone at the door with a kind heart and smile on their face! Seriously impressed with this group of leaders and thankful they are in my family’s life. I am in awe watching my daughters growth day after day after returning home from daycare. Simply amazing
