What Parents Say
Kids R Kids in Pasco receives mixed reviews. While some parents praise it as the best daycare in the tri-cities area with excellent care, others report concerns about staff consistency, child safety incidents, and high late fees.
Not a great place to bring your little toddlers. My son looked like he was scared of the people there. Also brought a whole pack of pull ups and when taking him out of this daycare, the teachers huddled in a room and came out and only gave me one single pull up. Also, they are greedy. The “late” policy is high. I wasn’t even that much late because of a work situation and paid $40. My son was waiting with the lady in the office and usually he is an outgoing kid and he looked absolutely scared of her. Took my kid out of there and moved to a smaller daycare and it was so much better.
This day is great if we have the right people to care for the baby. I feel safe and fine with this daycare til I found out Maria that lady who takes good care of the infant section. She was on a break due to her breaking her fingers. There was another lady who temporary watching the kids was not nice to my baby. Every time I drop baby off she crying like she hurt my child. So on September 6 , 2022 I got a report that my baby felt and hit her head that left a mark on her head. When I ask the lady what happened she said sorry she is trying to walk. I get it but my daughter never gets hurts when other lady was there. Also, my kids diaper rash got worse so I left them.
My daughter started going at age 1 up till 5 and now my son goes here, he started at 3months. Absolutely the best daycare, trust them 100.
The best day care in tri cities, my last baby went there and every single penny i pay was worth it..
They take care of the kids with fun
