Kids 'R' Kids

Kids r Kids has had some good qualities but unfortunately their bad qualities became non-negotiable. One of the major issues and what I would consider to be a red flag is their lack of supervision and whole group awareness. Working in childcare myself I know the expected standards and they have not met them. There were multiple instances where the teacher had written an incident report and when asked what happened their response to me was “I don’t know” or “I didn’t see it” this is an unacceptable answer. Their inability to follow behavior plans and adequately redirect is absolutely ridiculous. They don’t seem to know how to utilize pocket pals and/or deal with children that become bored or need something more to do with their hands. I’m not sure how often they were able to switch out toys to ensure that they weren’t getting bored. Their first response is to call and send home a child struggling with behaviors which became excessive when they have teachers that don’t want to deal with the needs of the child. There was a particular time my child got sent home for not using kind hands and upon my own further investigation he was protecting himself and had scratches and marks from another child up his arm but the teachers were unaware (lack of supervision) and my child was blamed and sent home. Now, my child needs constant redirection and reminders but this center was not good with that. A couple of the teachers don’t know how to address or interact with parents and their tone is very unfriendly to be working with children. They all could use some extra training. The way Cecilia interacts with parents is very disappointing and the voicemails have way too much detail than what they are supposed to give with incidents that take place including the genders and or names of children involved. Rachel (another director) has been great and we really like her. My younger child really loves his teachers (especially Micah who we really love) and has been thriving in his class. But, my other child was not being treated fairly therefore I removed both of my children. I did get fair warning from another center about issues with this one however, I had higher expectations but they just did not meet them. If you have a younger child this place is great but if looking for care for 3+ I recommend looking elsewhere. My younger child also had an incident where he got hit in the face with an object by a teacher (accidental) but I had to request an incident report at drop off and pick up for a WEEK before I was given one. (At no fault to his teacher as someone else was responsible at the time) over time the red flags, lack of supervision and them not knowing what happened leading up to incidents became too much. I understand occasionally you will miss what happened beforehand but not 5+ times. If your child is over 3, I don’t recommend this center.

Our family loves Kids R Kids!!! They are AMAZING to say the least. I never have to worry that they aren’t being taken care of. The teachers are awesome, the lesson plans are followed, even for my one year old. And the best bonus is Parents Night Out for a date night with my husband!!

Kids R Kids Liberty is a life saver. It’s hard to leave your little one with someone else as a new parent. I have complete trust in the staff here. I’m greeted each morning by the management staff with smiles and most importantly my son is greeted by name and smiles and he loves it! It makes my mom heart milt when walking in he’s already smiling. We are now in the turtles room and at the separation anxiety phase, Kylie helps me through this phase so much especially when I’m struggling to leave too. She loves and talks to my son to help him feel safe. Kylie and Brittany engage him through the day and I love the crafts they create! I’m not worried about his development falling behind at daycare either and that’s important to me.

My children have been attending Kids 'R' Kids for several years now. It is because of their outstanding curriculum that my two elementary aged children are succeeding with their academics at their primary schools. The teachers at Kid 'R' Kids are thoughtful and attentive to my young ones. I am absolutely appreciative of everything they have done!

I love sending my 3 years old son to kids r kids Liberty location. They get him involved not just in extra curricular activities but academic activities as well.. I am so much at peace of mind while my little one is there, as I am rest assured he is in good hands,.... here teachers are incredibly excellent. I can watch my child anytime on video live, and see what activities he is having in real time. MS. Cecilia, MS. Rachel and MS. Shelley are wonderful administrators a huge shout out to all three of them, last but not the least short out to Miss. Boby and Mr. Phil.
