What Parents Say
Parents consistently praise Milestones School of Achievement for its caring, attentive staff and structured learning environment. The facility is highlighted for excellent communication through apps and cameras, strong academic progress, and children's happiness at drop-off and pick-up. Multiple parents note their children's improved health and social development since attending.
I absolutely love Milestones! The teachers and staff are amazing — always friendly, patient, and genuinely caring. The hours and days of operation fit perfectly with me and my husband’s work schedules, which has been a huge blessing. My elementary school–aged son attends for after-school care, summer camp, and even full-day care during teacher workdays and school breaks. My toddler has learned so much and is already academically ahead thanks to their structured learning environment. I also love that they incorporate Spanish, with a Spanish teacher who comes in regularly — my daughter looks forward to it and is always counting and singing in Spanish. We are so grateful to have found such a supportive, safe, and educational place for both of our children. Highly, highly recommend!
Milestones has been a great facility for our daughter. After searching and searching, we were referred to milestones and instantly knew that it was the place. Sending your child to daycare full time is difficult as a first time parent, and Milestones has the tools that allow us to have peace of mind while our daughter is there. With the cameras in the room and the regular updates and daily summary, we know exactly what was going on. Their communication has been phenomenal as well! While it is on the pricier side, the teachers are attentive and caring and I can see the value in the price we pay. Our daughter smiles every morning when I drop her off, which helps me feel secure that she is safe and in good hands. She is in infant 1 class and the ladies in there show that they care. My daughter has been in this class since she was 20 weeks old, and I would highly recommend this school to anyone who is looking for a caring, reliable, safe, and consistent daycare experience. They have recently been sold to a larger company, which raised some initial concerns, however, the new owners have updated several things such as cameras, check in systems, and the app which keeps us up to date. I would absolutely recommend Milestones School of Achievement!
My son has been attending Milestones for the past 6 months, and it has been amazing! The directors and teachers have been so kind and helpful. It really shows that they care about your little one. I plan to keep him here for a long time! Hands down the best daycare experience we have had!
Our daughter has been in Infant 1 since she was 3 months old (she is now almost 9 months) and will probably move up a group soon. The teachers are great (they have been the same since she started), we can really feel that they care about her and they do take excellent care of her. When we drop her off in the morning, she always has a big smile on her face when seeing them and the people at reception. They approach us regularly to talk about making changes in her schedule (eating / sleeping etc) because they observed that she needs it, so for us it feels like they are really invested in her wellbeing as well without being intrusive. They are also not 'just keeping them alive' until it's time for pickup, we see a lot of pictures of them playing with the kids, like with a bubble gun or soft toys.
**11/20/25 update after response received by Milestones— I hardly consider feeding a baby with a tongue tie a “specific medical need.” I do not appreciate you attempting to blame any of your facility’s negligence on my child’s “medical issue” nor you sharing that irrelevant information. The only ask was to be patient when it came to feeding him, which was clearly too much for the teachers. The director told me “they have 9 other babies to take care of” even though I was assured beforehand it wouldn’t be an issue. Only upon pick up would I find out my child hadn’t eaten because the teachers didn’t care enough to even try, even though I was told by the director that I would get a call if he ate less than half of his bottle. Meanwhile, he eats perfectly fine at home. Part of the problem was that the feeding plan WAS NOT followed. Not once did I say to allow him to sleep through his feeding time. The schedule clearly stated (and had been discussed several times after numerous issues) to feed every 3 hours. On the final day in question, I called after 4 hours and begged someone to check on my child and feed him. 30 minutes later he was still laying there crying. When I called again, the director told me they were trying to find someone to feed him. Meanwhile the infant teacher Karen had causally been walking around the classroom, cleaning mattresses the entire time. Then when she finally attempted to feed him, she gave him 4 WHOLE MINUTES before she decided to dump his bottle!! This was also after she was seen on camera tossing my son around. So my 9 week old went 5 hours without eating all because Karen wanted to go home. Nowhere in the care plan did it say to let my child go 4 hours and 40 minutes without a diaper change either but yet it happened!! Those are from timestamps from your own daily sheet!! Do not come on here and lie to people and try to gaslight me. Take some accountability and keep your corporate sponsored apologies! The teachers were constantly rough and mishandling several babies, not just my child. I shouldn’t have to remind them that a 8/9 week old still needs neck support (which they still refused to do) or call to tell them he’s too little to be in a sit me up chair— but that didn’t stop them from having him slumped over crying in that chair for 20-30 minutes! I did request to speak to someone higher up, and reached out via email, and have yet to hear back. ** (11/07/25) Had to pull my child from Infant 1 after being there less than 2 weeks. Dealt with nothing short of neglect and abuse on a 2 MONTH OLD BABY!! The teachers in the infant class are terrible and minimally need to be fired. I was thrilled when I found this facility but now I feel horrible for putting my child through this. (I don’t write reviews ever, but felt the need to make others aware.)
