If I could give zero stars I would. Understaffed(this was the word used by the owner when questioned) to the point a 4 year old was placed in a baby high chair to be restrained from running and making noise during quiet time because nobody was available to otherwise engage or direct the child. Chaotic and unstructured environment witnessed at pick up (noted over several trips at varying times in the afternoon), one time with 15-20 kids running about freely with only one employee present in the immediate room, and one employee in the office with the door closed. Confusion as to the location of child at pick up. One staff member pointed to a room and said child was napping. Child exited a different room crying with a raised knot on their head from falling. Child reported having their ears pulled for being bad. Poor hygiene, child had a bathroom accident at the facility and was found to have residual feces from their bottom to the middle of their back following a clearly insufficient clean up at the facility. Child’s underpants were placed over a pull-up. Unless you are desperate and a warm body being present to oversee your child (said child being satisfied to be left basically to their own devices through the day) is what you are looking for, please consider your decision to leave your child in the care of this facility very carefully.

Been using this day care for five years and have never had a problem. For those that like to complain...maybe you are the problem. Joyce is great and she always has a respectful and steady staff.

This place is taking me to court over money i dont owe them, for days my son wasnt there and days the facility wasnt even open. Highly recommend to avoid this place.

Friendly staff. My granddaughter loves it.
