This place is a complete joke! After suite 250 it goes downhill!!!! BEWARE fake smiles & friendly faces!!! They don’t care about the children. Employees show up for a paycheck & to gossip. I overheard one of the employees gossiping about another family while they’re picking up a family member. They act like they care so much & it’s all a show! Director doesn’t care either she’s too busy making sure everything look perfect when it’s all falling apart! Highly disappointed in this KRK LOCATION!
Our family loves kid r kids. The staff is great and takes so good care of my son ! We r stress-free all day coz my son is in good hands. Very clean place and lots of teachers so that the kids r taken care and paid attention to.
As a picky parent who’s been paying for the most expensive childcare brand for the last 6 years, I couldn’t be happier with this school. Coming from a neighboring daycare that was atleast 30% more expensive, I wasn’t sure what to expect when I moved my 4 year old to pre-k and 6 year old to after - school. The space is laid out well, there’s room for all kinds of indoor activities that the other school was lacking. The front management staff, chef and teachers are true professionals, and SO warm and caring to all of the kids. They don’t charge supply fee’s like other daycares do, but manage to include/provide far more elaborate crafting and personal supplies for each student than I had seen at the other school. The breakfast schedule is so convenient for parents, the playground is huge, everything about this school has exceeded my expectations by a long shot. Each and every teacher and staff deserve recognition for the way they handle this daycare. I mean it when I say I am SO HAPPY to have found them! My kids are thriving and I feel great dropping them off every day. They have improved both mine and my kids quality of life in so many ways. ❤️
We love KRK. Trusting someone else with the care of our baby was tough, but from day 1 I was at ease by the front desk and teachers. They always have a smile on their faces, you can tell they love their jobs. Even as our child has moved to different classrooms as he grows, I never have any worries about his well-being. I can tell his teachers know his routine/personality just like I do and communicate with me if he has an off day, doesn’t nap well, or is achieving a milestone.
Wow! I have nothing but great things to say about Kids r Kids Castle Hills! Lynn was so accommodating when I wanted to tour the campus, and then a second time when I wanted to show my mom where we would be sending our daughter. Then on the first day my husband and I dropped our daughter off Meghan came out to greet us saying "good morning _" and KNEW my daughter's name! Then we have the staff of teachers-my daughter has Miss Stephanie who has been wonderful at communicating and caring for my kiddo. Putting kids in daycare is always a leap of faith. But the staff-from the front desk to classroom teachers-everyone of them will love your child as if it were their own child. We are moving and I am devastated I have to find a new school for my kids! We have loved kids r kids, and would recommend them time and time again!
