If you're looking for a safe childcare provider that can truly support both you and your child, BBM Grayson is not be the right choice. At first, I was glad my child would attend this school, but all the information I received before enrollment turned out to be false. The environment looked clean, and I believed it was safer because of its location. I enrolled my child, but I was disappointed. From the entrance, staff are completely unfriendly. There is poor communication between teachers and parents. The classroom carpet is filthy, and I see other kids backflipping in chairs with only one teacher present, who seems totally unconcerned. I was told each class has three teachers, but I never met three teachers in the classroom. My child had to move frequently from one class to another because they don’t have enough staff. Her clothes got mixed up with others’, even when I labeled them and placed them in a bag, and the cubbies were dirty. They teach the kids nothing. There is no potty training, but they tell you to bring five changes of clothes to help with potty training. I picked up my child, and she was soaking wet with pee and shivering because the classroom was extremely cold. Surprise them during nap time, the class smells like pee. On three occasions, my child came home with wet pants and in diapers, even though she has been out of diapers for over a year. Tell me why my child sleeps 10 hours straight without wetting her bed at home but sleeps for less than 2 hours in school and comes home soaking wet with pee. There is no potty time before nap time. If you are a parent seeking the best for your child, make a better choice. Definitely not BBM. You will be more disappointed than happy. I'm glad I made a better choice to withdraw my child. I had had enough of the nonsense. Thank you for nothing.

Preface: My wife & I toured 8 different daycares for our 3-month old starting full-time (5 days a week) in January 2026. We ranked this place in the lower half. Facts: Price: $325/week year round Ratio: 1 teacher every 4 infants max Hours: 6:30 - 6; latest drop off @ 10 Infants share items (crib, bottles, wipes, etc.)? No Communication: ProCare Door secured? Yes Opinions: Big Blue Marble Academy checked all of our basic, required boxes. We also really liked how their food menu changes every week and they will feed your baby formula free of charge if they run out of that day's breast milk. One small thing that turned us away is the lack of diversity among both teachers and students. We want our children to be exposed to all sorts of people, and felt it better to be able to do that elsewhere. Moreover, the complete dealbreaker was the way the infant teacher glared at us while we toured the room, as if we were aliens. She never introduced herself, or even said hi, as if she did not want us there. That was the nail in the coffin for us. We unfortunately did not get a full tour of the building, and only saw the infant room. This is a dealbreaker, as when they graduate to the next room, no one gets another tour, as we would have been there for months by then. This is unfortunate, as the building itself looked nice from the outside, but I guess we'll never know.

My kids have been going to BBMA for about a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with our experience. They’ve grown so much during this time, and it’s clear how much the staff and teachers genuinely care about each child. I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone.

Assistant Director Symone Wallace is the heart of this place! She goes above/beyond to communicate & take care of not only the children’s needs but also keep the parents informed. Our Prek2 Teachers Ms. Sites & Ms. Lindsay are a wonderful duo; they are such a delight to see first thing in the morning. They are so attentive, warm, and kind with their class, creating such a beautiful environment for my shy Ava to bloom in. I’m so incredibly grateful to be a part of BBMA in Grayson. Ava is in love with school. HUGE THANK YOU TO THIS TEAM FOR ALL THEY DO ! ❤️

When my kid goes to school , I try not to fuss at the institution as a whole because childcare isn’t easy. When it involves the safety of my kid , I speak up. I spoke up and they never addressed the issue. The temperature in the rooms were ridiculous low, I picked up my kid on two occasions and he was shivering cold and not just him, the kids were freezing. I spoke to them about it and they blamed the thermostat. The director is useless. I withdrew my child. I will be going to the state, they need to come after their license.
