Kids 'R' Kids #4

After trying two other daycares, we decided to stay and grow at this facility! Our son has been with Kids R Kids for a little over 3 years. He is now 4 years and has grown and learned so much here. Our other experiences from other daycares when he was a baby weren’t the best. The Director-Ms. Jeanette ensured this facility works hard to keep a safe & fun atmosphere. They have a great chef and everyone at the front desk is friendly. The owners stay active and maintain this location. There are some great teachers like Ms. Jateera, Ms. Trea, & Ms. Key that genuinely care about your child. He thrived in Ms. Candace’s class as she works hard to keep the children learning. Currently now he is in Ms. K’s class and he absolutely loves it, she makes sure they are actively learning with fun activities. Soccer shots is fun for our son here. He has made good friends at this location!! Overall, this is a great location that truly cares.

We are so happy with this daycare! After a bad experience elsewhere, our 3-year-old now loves going every day and adores his teacher. Being able to watch live cameras from our phone gives us so much peace of mind. The director, Jeannette, has been wonderful — caring, supportive, and always attentive. We’re truly grateful to have found such a safe and loving place for our son. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I absolutely love this daycare. Every single teacher is genuinely kind, patient, and caring with my kids, and it truly shows. They take the time to build real, personal relationships with each child, which has made such a huge difference in my kids’ confidence and happiness. Even after moving to Hockley, I still make the drive because I can’t imagine taking my children anywhere else. The peace of mind I get knowing they’re safe, supported, and truly cared for is priceless. This center feels like family, and I’m so grateful for the environment they provide. Highly recommended!

My son has been a student at KRK Ranchstone for about 4 months. Since the beginning, the school director Jeannette has been amazing in ensuring that he was happy and that the classroom he was in suited his developmental needs at that stage. His teachers in his classroom have displayed amazing patience, skill, and care. Ms. Reyna, Ms. Danya (sry dont know how to spell her name if wrong), and Ms. Jocelyn have been amazing and excellent in communication regarding supply needs and also any incidents that happen in class involving my kid. Whether it's gently icing a child's hand injury or simply providing a little extra hug... these teachers are always there for the kids. I also want to mention that the school chef is also deserving of said mention in that he also interacts with the kids. Ms. Erin always greets us with a smile and is such a pleasure to talk to. It's so nice to see everyone go the extra mile for these kids!!!

---Continuation of my 1st review --- Our daughter is now at a new daycare, and on her very first day she didn’t cry once. Every photo showed her smiling, happy, and comfortable. The teachers treat her with genuine care and patience not just doing the bare minimum. The difference is night and day, and that alone speaks volumes. I’m sharing this not out of anger, but out of honesty. I truly hope this review encourages this location to reflect, improve staffing, and treat every baby with the care, love, and protection they deserve because these are defenseless children who rely entirely on the adults around them. - JUST TO ANSWER THE REPLY Our daughter had 2 incident reports in a span of one month, (and those 2 incidents would’ve been avoided if the teachers were just paying attention and intervening when needed) I have called multiple times almost in tears begging for someone to please SAVE our daughter from the other babies that keeps hurting her cause none of your caregivers there are doing anything to keep her away from harm. All they do is watch her get hurt. It’s insane that y’all are trying to say she was NEVER hurt while she was there. Our calls were never taken seriously by any of the teachers there and the director knows it cause I told her everything before I took my daughter out.
