Kids 'R' Kids #2 Nc

My daughter has been attending kids R kids since she was 2. I love how the teachers are very hands on and very approachable. I also like how they reach out to parents to discuss plans on how to better assist meeting the children’s need. My daughter will remain at kids r kids until she is ready for kindergarten. The facility is very nice and clean. They have age appropriate educational lessons. Spanish & music class weekly. Cameras access to your child class only for moms who want to be able to check in on their little one. I love the programs they do for the holidays as well.

We joined the Kids R Kids family only a few months ago but already have so much love and faith in this school. The staff is so attentive not only to the kids but also the needs of the parents. I also love being able to check in on our daughter throughout the day and see her enjoying her time with her classmates and teachers. The teachers in the toddler room are so attentive to our daughter making sure she is happy and safe at all times. We are so glad to be at the school and can’t wait to spend many more years with the staff :)

There is no communication between the administration and the staff. They have some amazing teachers there but the administration truly does not care about the children. The final straw was after my child was almost hit in the parking lot, I informed the administrator so she could have a word with the parent who was driving, and she stated she might be able to but since she "wasn't feeling well" it clearly wasn't a priority for her. If you are looking for a place that addresses issues and is actively involved in keeping your children safe, this is not it.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS DAYCARE. I have to drive 20-30 minutes extra everyday, but I do it happily knowing that my son is in good hands. The office personnels are very professional and very caring, I think is amazing and I love how they remembered my son after being out of daycare for over a year. I have seen a SIGNIFICANT change, in a positive way in my child’s behavior and knowledge. In just a week he is talking more, starting to use the bathroom, and even recognized letters and numbers( HE HAS BEEN THERE FOR ONLY A WEEK =) ) I can tell how much both of the classroom teacher care about the kids and their well-being. . My son looks happy and exited to be in his class and they are very welcoming, and knowledgeable. AS OF TODAY I HAVE NOTHING BAD TO SAY ABOUT KIDS R KIDS. I absolutely love everything about them and their staff. I feel so thankful and blessed for his teachers and the daycare. They teach them Spanish and Sign language and you could sing them up for sports such as soccer and basketball.

Fairly new but it seems to be a very good center. I moved my child here because of the cameras but very disappointed that you can only log in 3 times a day for 10 mins each. Update a month later .. I have removed my child from this center. He did not transition well and the teacher had horrible communication skills. I felt very uncomfortable leaving my child here! When she communicated about my child it was almost as if she was complaining. I move my child here because It was 5 stars and very educational. I made a big mistake. The teacher was lazy and they never did art work or go outside. Which was totally different at his last daycare. My issues were, 1. They called me constantly while at work for minor things. 2. If you receive DSS vouchers, you have to pay on the first of the month and setup Auto draft ( this place is all about money). 3.Camera viewing is insufficient. This is a 5 star center but my experience was terrible and I took my child back to the 3 star center full of love!
