What Parents Say
Kids Quest Las Vegas receives overwhelmingly positive feedback with parents praising the staff's friendliness, attentiveness, and care. Children consistently enjoy their time at the facility with well-designed play areas and activities. A few concerns have been raised regarding bathroom privacy, payment policies, and arcade maintenance.
I took my child two weeks ago it was her very first time once I picked her and she said the staff was very nice and very helpful. The person checking me out though wasn’t that great. I believe her name was Brittany she proceeded to talk poorly about the staff and the director and then went on about how she runs the center all by herself. She talked very poorly about all the other centers( mind you we are new to Vegas) This interaction made me feel quit uncomfortable. I am a manager myself and watching this lady talk about the staff like that was very unwarranted. The other staff was very kind and helpful especially during check in they explained everything very well. My child would love to go back but maybe when Brittany isn’t there..
Wow, Kids Quest is an absolute gem! It's like a dream come true for kids (and let's be real, parents too!). From the moment you step in, you're immersed in a world of imagination and adventure. The play areas are thoughtfully designed, with something for every interest and age. My favorite part? Watching the little ones light up as they explore and learn through play! The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure everyone has a blast while staying safe. Kids Quest is more than just a playspace – it's a community where kids can grow, learn, and make unforgettable memories. Five stars aren't enough – I'd give it a hundred if I could!
WORST MANAGER EVER!!!! We were charged $220 for our kid’s stay of 6hrs. They just want your MONEY!! They will charge you $25 for every 15 mins if you past their max 5 hours stay without even specifying on the contract that you sign for! They didn’t even call us after 5 hours given that they failed to explain it to us prior signing. Not to mention, the manager even refused to let our son come to us (get out of the gate) while crying as if we will run away and not pay. The manager’s customer service is at the lowest and was even rude. No consideration even for regular customers!! Stay away from here!
I had an issue with my debit card ONE time like two years ago not because I didn't have the money only because the stupid card was just being ridiculous. I paid it right away as soon as I came back but ever since that one incident every time I bring my son there they charge me a $50 cash deposit and not just at this one at any of the locations. My son had been there a bunch before and already a bunch after and every time I ask them how many more times I'm going to have to do this it's always just a couple more. Which I actually don't mind paying in advance but it's like it happened one time it never happened before or since. It was literally a one off. Kind of sick of being chastised about it at this point.
If I could rate it with zero stars I would have. We have been coming to Boulder Station Kids Quest for years and have watched the staff change throughout them. The ladies they have working there at the moment are extremely rude. It was brought to my attention by my child that the staff is mean to them as well. While playing basketball my child was approached by another child to place bets while playing. She is only 6 and had no idea what that meant, but still wanted to play. I asked the staff about the policy on letting the children place bets inside of there establishment and, was told it's "harmless", to which I responded that I do not want my child being taught how to play like that. I bring them there to have fun, not to be taught how to gamble. I have brought them back one time since then and my child was bullied and hit by another child, right in front of the staff, and they did nothing. I once again tried to address the situation and they couldn't care less. This place never used to be this bad. The staff will be the reason we will no longer be going here. I would also like to follow up with corporate as soon as possible. We've been to multiple locations and have never had any issues, this is by far the worst Kids Quest you could bring your children to.
