Kids Play Learning Center #4

I have been going there since covid started. Because my previous daycare shortened there hours. They are a bit short staffed, but this Is the first daycare where I don't see a new teacher every other week so that's a huuuuge plus!! So during summer it got pretty hectic due to short staffing, And when my child isn't getting enough attention he tends to act out and it happened more frequent during summer time. But to be honest what company isn't short staffed right now. The #1 factor me for and daycare is my son's safety. And I feel my son is 100% safe with these woman. It's an all woman ran daycare. All employees I think or seem to be all moms and or grandparents. The two main workers are the assistant director and director. They definitely are two different type of teachers. Both in their own special way. Miss Laura is so loving and nurturing she's the daytime teacher. And she teaches my son soooo much it's incredible how fast he's learning. Then there is miss makeeba and she is a bit more stern and semi old fashioned in her ways of teaching. But she is teaching my son how to be a responsible member of our society. Miss fanny helps out during the days and my son is in love with her. She's a mother to a couple young boys in his class as well so she's about the same parenting type as I am but still knows how to let boys be boys. As a mom I question everything and every one. And they take it and handle all my concerns and curiosities like pros!!!! Only thing I wish is night time would have an additional staff so Miss makeeba can do her assistant director duties and some one can be interacting 100% attention to the kids. That's just a tiny staffing issue though. But there has never been a safety breach at this daycare, the price is great, the hours are amazing the teachers are understanding and work with you as much as you will work with them. I love them! Thanks kids play teachers and staff for being amazing and loving and keeping my kid safe while I provide for my family!!!!

This place seemed wonderful at first but just last week when I picked my child up, he was covered in bug bites and a rash from eating inappropriate food instead of his packed lunch, his pants were soaked because he had not been changed, and to top it off the next day, faculty called me to demand payment for pretty much every day that I had ever sent my son to stay there, which were already paid for. When I called back to resolve the issue, the staff hung up on me. One of the weirdest experiences I've ever had with a daycare provider. It seemed like when the owner/manager wasn't around, the place quickly just fell apart. I am most concerned with the poor quality of care my son received that day last week.

My daughter has been attending since she was 2months old. We like it here. The director has been with the company for 20 years.

My kids have been going to the kids play branches for the last 3/4years. They are like family at this point I’m so sad I’m moving to west side! I love it here❤️

My 2 kids been going there for the past 1 year and sometime soon my oldest child will be going there. My kids love going there they learn and also have fun.😀
