I love the daycare but the receptionists were very rude and told me I had to pay $280 along with the registration fee but when I asked they said not everyone had to do that. At first they told me there were no spots available then they walked to the computer and came back saying there was a spot open but I'd have to pay $280. It sounded so fishy. Then they said they have to tell someone else their spot is gone because I ended up paying the $280 and I'm wondering how did they hold a spot if it's first come first serve. The things I had to do just to TRY to get my kids into this daycare were too much. After filling out 12 PACKETS of paperwork per child and being told that there was no "holding fee" for the spot for my daughter because I had title XX, I was then told that to hold her spot long enough to transfer my title XX (2 weeks) to this daycare that I would have to pay them $279 for the spot and I would not get my $279 back.... What parent that's getting government assistance to help pay for daycare has $279 just sitting around??
