We have been bringing our daughter to Overlake Academy since she was 3 months old. They have taken such good care of here over the 2 years we've been bringing her. She is always so happy and has so much fun! They are so awesome, patient, and friendly towards our daughter. We love all her teachers!
We have had both of our boys attend Overlake Academy since 2023. We currently have one in the 2 year old room and one in the infant room. Both of our boys have been attending since they were 3-4 months old and there isn't a doubt in my mind about what daycare they've been attending. We were nervous with new management taking over that it wouldn't feel the same for us and that HAS NOT been the case. My husband and I have both seen a lot of positive changes. We absolutely love all of the teachers our kids have worked with and it's obvious our kids love them too. Our kids are thriving socially, academically, and emotionally and we owe a lot of that to the teachers at Overlake Academy.
We've been going here since 2023. My boys love the teachers and thrive with consistency. I've got to experience young toddler rooms, preschool, and school aged. Initially I had some concerns with old reviews, but after seeing how things work first hand and now new ownership I couldn't be happier. I am always kept in the loop what is happening in the classrooms and get to see lots of pictures of activities my boys do throughout the day. I would say that communication is the biggest improvement with the new director. Thanks Overlake Academy!
This center has changed dramatically (for the better) under the new management. The director is great at communicating and our child looks forward to attending each day.
So, yesterday I had the most epic mom fail EVER. I forgot school was starting yesterday and my little one has a uniform requirement. The staff made the effort to call and inquire on him starting. Because they care and took that extra moment I was able to run down and drop off clothes. The employee was SO understanding and nice, she even made sure he was dressed after I dropped his clothes off which was a godsend as I had to be to work. They take him to school, feed him healthy meals and genuinely care. I cannot stress how grateful I am for Kids Park. His first day of kindergarten was saved, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
