My 2 year old was going through a tantrum phase. The staff used consistent strategies and helped me replicate them at home. It was a true team effort

The physical appearance of the daycare is nice they have a nice layout, and spacious play areas. Although this is intriguing and nice to see, they are not a good daycare. Vera, will talk over you anytime you try to express any concerns and act like her staff or her do no wrong. She is very unprofessional and has no compassion or care for the kids at all. All she cares about is $$. Numerous different days, my daughter came home with bruising- which they could not explain. I had asked numerous staff that were suppose to be watching her and they had no idea, and said they didn’t see her fall, which really made me wonder how they wouldn’t hear/ see a child cry because when they get hurt they obviously cry. Vera had nothing to say and stated there was no incident report. Another incident my child, hit her chin on a toy and had a bad bloody nose which soaked through her coat onto her shirt- I never got notified and when I asked about an incident report “they didn’t have it”. They are not professional. As soon as my child got moved up room, she started getting bad reoccurring rashes on her bottom. after a few hours of being home and having ointment applied it would go away, but as soon as she would go back it’d happen again. Some days they’d put her back in to her old classroom and it didn’t happen. I politely, asked the new “teacher” if she was using the wrong diapers or wipes because it didn’t make sense she only got rashes in her room. She took offense and stated of course not and she doesn’t know why she gets rashes. It continued and I told her that she needs to be changing her better and she was just snooty and said she does. Then began lying about me not supplying the daycare with the essentials which always was supplied. There meals are repetive and are garbage, cheap meals. As for what I paid, $940 a week my child should have been being fed high quality foods.

My daughter attended this daycare for a full year. Upon first enrolling her we were very pleased with the center. As time progressed we felt the centered lacked in communication in regards to daily updates and needs. This started with a new teacher so I can’t confirm communication is a problem with the center as a whole. Once providing our notice that we were leaving the center is when the staff began to become cold towards us (we provided a 2 month notice) and reason for leaving was that we would be living out of the state of Wisconsin, so definitely a justifiable reason to cease childcare. The number 1 reason for giving the center a 2 star review and for taking the time to review the center is to let families know how condescending the owners of this place of business are to their families. For the first 2 or 3 months my daughter attended the center we were told what a great family we were, what great parents, how they have never had such a great family/set of parents use the center. This caught me as odd initially, but after seeing other families who attended the center and meeting them at activities in the community this statement of praise really bothered me. I clearly saw these other children attending the center were loved and care for by their parents equally to what my husband and I care for our daughter. On a positive note at no point did I ever feel my daughter was in any type of physical or emotional danger at the center or I would have removed her, my complaint is solely related to the staffs lack of professionalism.

VERA is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY TAX INFO BECAUSE I STILL HAVE A SMALL BALANCE. I HAVE PAID THIS DAYCARE OVER $6,000.00 and BECAUSE I HAVE A SMALL BALANCE SHE DECIDED TO BE A SNOT AND TELL ME WHEN I PAY HER THE BALANCE SHE WILL CONVIENENTLY FIND MY TAX INFO. STAY CLEAR THIS DAYCARE IS ONLY WORRIED ABOUT MONEY NOT ABOUT CARING FOR CHILDREN OR THERE FAMILIES!!!
