Most wonderful staff that always puts KIDS 1st! Facilities are clean and tailored for each age group. My 2 young children love it there! They pour not only love and support into your children but also provide a curriculum that nourishes their development and curiosity! I’m beyond grateful for a patient, communicative and caring staff at a locally owned center right here in Dallas Center!
Witnessed a worker hold a kid to a cot because they wouldnt nap. And if you dont send a water bottle with your child they arent allowed to have water while the kids with parents that send water bottles are. Very humiliating and hurtful to the kids without water bottles that they have to suffer from thirst while others dont. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANY CHILD. Find a better daycare. Workers may have changed. But the fact they allowed this type of treatment at any point to kids in their care says a lot about the place. Mindsets that are shitty and allow this is the problem. That doesn't change. They just get better at hiding inhumane treatment.
I cannot say enough good things about this daycare. The staff is amazing! They truly take the time to get to know your child and you. Everyone is very friendly and will take time for you even if they are not in your child’s room. The teachers are very patient with the children and really care for them. We all know kids aren’t always going to have good days and I think the way they handle the “bad” days truly speaks to their character and what this daycare stands for.
They take amazing care of my child! I know when I drop her off, she is safe and well cared for!! The staff genuinely cares about the children and do an awesome job with them all!
This place is a horrible daycare. I brought my son there for the first time last Tuesday and by Wednesday they called me on my work phone to tell me they couldn't watch my son any longer and insinuated that he was lacking mentally and they couldn't give him the attention he needed. My son is 4 amd this was his first time in a daycare center. They didn't even give him time to adjust. They were mad because he kept going to play with the kids in other age areas because they have 3 age groups in one big room but yet when I dropped him off his first day they had another kid in there from another age group and just told the supervisor they had their kid. And through the window of the infant room I saw one of the supervisors pulling on a kids leg to get them. Worst daycare out there. Find some where else.
