I have been taking my kids to the Need a break spring hill for the past 7 years & my kids love it. The owner, Trina is absolutely wonderful and I trust her fully with all of my kids and the employees she hires as well. They are all background checked & CPR certified and a lot of them are moms as well ! This place has been a lifesaver for me and my family . You can drop the kids and go enjoy yourself knowing your kids are cared for.
My 4 kids love coming here! The owner and staff are wonderful and I know what this place looked like before with the previous owner and it used to not be great! Trina has poured her heart into making this facility the amazing place that it is! My 4 kids jump in excitement every time they go!!! We’ll be long standing clients!!!
So happy with Kids Kingdom!! My son LOVED to go play there when I have doctors appointments or work events. The teachers are so sweet and it's always clean and very secure. Couldn't love it more!
I left my kids here for just a few hours and will not be returning. I filled out all the paperwork online before dropping them off and I even called beforehand to see if I needed to make an appointment before and ask any questions I had before dropping them off. It smelled like pee when I walked in but there were no other kids there yet except mines and the people that came in behind me. I asked if I could leave their lunchboxes in case they got hungry again and I also left a phone for my daughter to call me if she needed. I was told I could bring them food as long as there was no peanut items and I filled out a form online for my child's device that I left with her. When I picked them up my kids were starving and they told me that the lady told them that they could not eat the food I left with them or call me. Also when I picked them up it looked like it was only one person there with maybe 10+ kids. If my kids are hungry someone should have called me and let me know instead of telling them no not to bother mommy. I've used another drop off daycare before and they would call to ask me if they needed a snack or lunch/dinner or ask on the sign in paperwork. That is ridiculous.
I have used Kids Kingdom with my youngest for the past 5 years. Prior to starting school, this has been the only other place I have trusted enough to leave my child. My son loves Ms. Heather and showing her all of his cars. It was difficult for me to leave him in the beginning. She was always very helpful in distracting him so I could get out the door, which was appreciated considering she was always busy with the other children as well. My son loves all the staff and I highly recommend!
