Kids Kastle

My child goes here and has autism. He loves it and loves his teachers. They truly care about the children. With the structure and teaching he doing so well! The atmosphere is calm. With the people that got fired and having an actual reason to get fired they are petty and feel the need to write a negative post and post it everywhere. They lie about bad things that aren’t even true. They talk down about a great daycare. Things get taken care of here where as other daycares bad things are happening and it’s getting swept under the rug. Personally I wouldn’t trust my child at another daycare. I highly recommend bringing them here!

Our newborn started going to Victorum in April. At first the price was good and our son loved his teachers. You could tell that they truly cared about his personal development. This Saturday, we received a notification that they were dropping over 100 kids from their care starting Monday. Effective immediately our son didn't have a daycare. As someone without any family in the area this was devastating. Daycares were supposed to provide confidence and reliability above and beyond in-home daycares or sitters. Based on what I've heard it seems like they cut pay and hours for their teachers and it got bad enough that quite a few of them quit on short notice. I really feel for all of the other families affected.

Look, I'm just going to keep it real. Yes, they just went through a rough transition and had some bad apples, that have since been removed. But a fair share of the negativity you will see elsewhere is from parents who didn't win the lottery and were put back on a waiting list due to low staffing. They are mad cause they lost their spot but they would have been just as mad if they kept all the children without enough caregivers to safely monitor the kids. What else could they do? Our family was lucky enough to continue on with them and I'm telling you I would not bring my child here if I was concerned. We did tours of the only other surrounding facility that didn't have a 2+ year wait list, a place others who couldn't continue with Victorum I heard went to. And of course they are all saying it is so great there because they have to say that right? But I'm telling you there were multiple red flags when we toured there. I feel none of that with Victorum. Victorum is clean, it's bright, it's open. Things are NOT stacked to the ceiling or have rooms so full you cant even enter them. The cameras actually work. They update me daily, almost hour by hour about my child with an app on my phone. These were just some of the concerns I had with the other place. Oh and their new administrator is really great too. So don't fall for the drama and make up you own mind like our family did.

We have sent our Kids since 2018 (formerly Kids Kastle) and have children enrolled throughout the transition to Victorum. The changes we have seen in the center have been amazing! The staff are all welcoming and you can tell how much they care about our kids. Feeling comfortable dropping your kids off to a safe happy environment makes such a difference. We love Victorum and the staff and recommend them to all!

My son has attended this facility for 2 years now! Since the previous owners were family owned and operated I think they did what they could for everything that was going on (covid, staffing issues, laws around social distancing, etc) but since victorum learning center has taken over the existing (previous staff) have been able to step in and not only help each other keep the place going but they have been able to bring in more kids, more staff and adding events they were not able to do before! The staff are definitely happier and the kids are all doing wonderful! Each teacher knows your child whether they are in their rooms or not and it's a great team work environment they show our kids! Keep it up ladies!
