My daughter has been going to this daycare for almost 3 years now and loves it there. Her favorite teacher was Ms. Fran, she is awesome and great with the kiddo's in her class. I tip my hat to all of the teachers there because there's no way I could stay with screaming children and babies all day!!! They do accept state assistance (CCAP) and Ms. Julie was able to work with us when our CCAP was messed up and helped us through the process. Hands down a great place for youngsters!!!!
The daycare is conveniently located for those living in the Paducah area, making it an excellent choice for nearby families. **Pros:** The staff, particularly Paula, Ady, Ashley, Brandi, and Sherry, are outstanding. They are professional, caring, and do their best with the resources available. If your child is fortunate enough to be under their care, you can rest assured they are in good hands. The daycare was accommodating when holding a spot for my daughter, which was very appreciated. **Cons:** Unfortunately, the management leaves much to be desired. There is a noticeable lack of customer service, and my experience with them turned negative after a single instance of being late. This led to a continued hostile attitude from the management team. Additionally, there is a lack of consistency with teachers, as they are frequently moved around. While the daycare uses the Brightwheel app, it is not utilized to its full potential, which is disappointing. On a few occasions, I have overheard staff discussing about parents and personal issues, which is unprofessional. While the teachers(except that one teacher) are doing their best and are the true stars of this daycare, the leadership and management need significant improvement. If you decide to enroll your child here, know that they will be in good hands with Paula, Ady, Ashley, Brandi, and Sherry, but be prepared for potential issues with the management and administrative side of things. Kudos to the dedicated teachers for their hard work despite the lack of strong leadership.
Horrible daycare. They don’t call if your child is injured. They don’t write injury reports consistently. They will blame your child stating “they instigate” and that’s why they’re injured with no knowledge of how they actually got injured. Workers are regularly on their phones not paying attention to the children. When this is brought to the attention of the director, multiple times, nothing changes. The last day my child was there he came home with a knot on his head with a bruise and a busted lip. They didn’t know what happened to him and that morning I confronted the director about the lack of care over my children with multiple injuries and no record of them AGAIN. She said she would follow up. Apparently not because my kid had more injuries, no reports of them and no knowledge of how they happened. I never returned after that day.
My son loves the staff there. He's been going since he was 6 weeks old. They've been great with him for over 18 months so far!! ♥️♥️♥️
