What Parents Say
Kids Kampus has undergone significant improvements since Sandra became director, with most recent parents praising the caring staff, clean facility, and child engagement. Parents highlight strong leadership changes and affordable pricing. One recent review noted staff turnover and classroom management issues with older children.
We absolutely love the care our child receives at Kids Kampus! Every morning, our child is excited to go and never fusses when we drop off. The staff, especially Summer and Sandra, are incredible. Their warm interactions with the children show that they genuinely care, making us feel confident that our child is in the best hands. Like many others, I was cautious after reading older reviews before Sandra became the director. However, after taking a tour with Sandra, my wife and I were immediately sold. She clearly puts her heart and soul into caring for the kids and has their best interests at heart. I’ve also spoken to several other parents, and they share the same positive experiences. We couldn’t be happier with our decision, and I highly recommend Kids Kampus!
When I first came to this daycare I was extremely skeptical but it was convenient, close to home, and right next to my other daughter’s school. The staff did not dress professionally. It smelled every time I went into that place and it was dirty. I almost took my 1 year old out until they changed directors. When Sandra became director everything changed! Better staff, these people actually care about my child and her well being, it’s clean and smells clean everytime I walk in. They are always watching the kids and very attentive unlike the staff that was there before who was very neglectful. This place has truly turned itself upright since Sandra has become director. Aside from all the teachers being great, Bianca, morgan, and summer are my most favorite teachers.
My grandson goes full time and my daughter goes on off days from school. My grandson can be a little stand off but absolutely loves nana. Felisha is an amazing director and he loves going. I love the app that I get pictures of them as well as updates through out the day. Reminders of early release and closed days. The teachers there are all so sweet and even if they aren’t your specific child’s teacher, they greet at the beginning of the day and say goodbye to them at the end of the day. The staff is very personable and are always so nice.
Edit 08/2024: I was not paid in any way for this review. This is my honest opinion. I don't know anything about the person who owns the place, but the current person running the place, Sandra, has been awesome. There have been a lot of changes the past few months, but most have been for the better, in my opinion. You can tell that the staff love the kids, and my daughter is always happy to get there. I only have experience with the infant and toddler teachers, though. It's a great mid-level place when compared to all other daycares, with a price point that's actually affordable for what they offer. (It saved me so much to not have to provide formula when my kid was an infant!) We still love it here. Original 01/2024: My daughter has been loving it here! Her teachers, Melanie and Cansas, are wonderful and take great care of her. Everyone is friendly. Love the little events that they have, and their price point works perfectly in our budget.
It has taken some time to process the trauma this daycare and owner has caused us and our family, therefor, I never could find the right words to piece this review together. First and foremost, Amy Fish shouldn’t be owning daycares or anything that involves the care of others or children. It became “normal” that my one child would come home with diaper rashes so often, he now has scarring. They mixed up allergies too many times to count. And let’s not forget not just once but TWICE my ASTHMATIC child was choked by another child. Or how about when my 2 year olds teacher came in smelling like Marijuana? OH WAIT. And when my three year old was having a hard time at drop off due to sensory issues: so I stayed to console him so I wasn’t dropping off a screaming angry three year old. Instead, I was told if I stayed that long again (again, to console my child), that I would be background checked…. I’m a nine year military veteran…. Please do so. Please for the love of god and all things if any that you believe in, do not trust this facility or owner with your children. And again, they bribe you with a 100 dollar credit to your account to leave a good review, need I say more?
