I would give it ZERO STARS!!! but it wont allow me to do that, so i'm giving it one star. I was completely unimpressed with this place. I had my granddaughters 2nd birthday party there and it was workable for the amount of people we had invited...I like the separate party area. This time, 4 years later, the place looks the exact same... the bouncy house looks like it hasn't been cleaned...ever!!!.. None of the balls were useable, they had bubbles in them....luckily I brought my own basketball balls with me... The PlayStations on the wall did not have any games for the children to play... It was a winter storm so everyone who came in brought rain and snow with them...the floor was soaking wet by the door, no mat, rug or mop to clean the area... Lastly...the area where the younger children can play has a sad, dirty kitchen that has absolutely nothing in it...no dishes, food or anything. that room was filthy with paper towels on the floor and an old water bottle, it needed to be swept and mopped and there is no cover on the light bulbs above the play kitchen, god forbid one of the children broke a light bulb and it fell down on top of them. The purpose of having parties outside of your home is to not have to clean up....we were required to sweep the floor and take out the garbage...usually when you have to clean up it is because you were required to give a deposit and will receive a refund of some type. I definitely suggest you do not waste your time or money!!!!...
