What Parents Say
Parents consistently praise Kids Grow Hope for its caring, engaged staff and positive learning environment. Reviews highlight strong communication, developmental progress, and a family-like atmosphere across multiple age groups. The center is noted for affordability and flexible scheduling.
My kids have been going to Kids grow for years now. I was initially referred by a coworker so, know lots of kids that have attended. In the past few years they have made some amazing improvements to their center- updating rooms, furniture and software. The teachers are nice, attentive and caring. There has been teacher turnover in the past years (dating back to Covid) but every center in the area has that. The teachers provide great communication and updates about your children throughout the day on the Procare app. They provide a fun weekly curriculum, holiday themed party’s a wonderful PTO week each year to families. If you are looking for a simple yet fun/safe learning experience I would recommend the center to family and friends.
Great place for our child(ren). Friendly staff, flexible pick up and drop off times, attentive care for young children.
We had our child (later children) at this center from June 2020 to June 2022. We pulled them after multiple incidences that involved DHS. Management was not receptive to parent feedback and treats the teachers poorly, so staff turnover is a huge issue which is difficult, especially as kiddos get older. Editing because I learned recently I was blocked from their Facebook page so that others couldn't see my poor review. Look me up on Facebook and message me if you are considering sending your kids here. Better yet - see this and know that you shouldn't do it, but happy to share the good, bad, and ugly, including all the texts teachers sent me asking me to report the school to DHS on their behalf. I saved it all and when shown it, management did nothing.
Our daughter attended Kids Grow Hope for 9 months, and unfortunately, we had a negative experience. The center smells of dirty diapers and mold, and the carpets were so dirty that her socks were black by the end of the day—even though she didn’t walk yet. There was a high turnover of teachers, and often, the staff was out of ratio, which led to inconsistencies in our daughter’s schedule, including missed bottles. While we met some wonderful teachers who clearly cared, they were also frustrated by poor upper management. We were encouraged by several staff members to report issues to the state, as they felt they needed support. When we raised concerns, management either didn’t respond or made excuses. Policies were frequently changed without any communication. The center doesn’t seem to invest in its facilities—most of the toys appeared to be donated by parents or bought by the teachers themselves. Additionally, the spotty WiFi meant the app was often out of date. While there are some amazing teachers at the center, the management's lack of support and attention to these issues make it difficult to recommend. I wouldn't feel comfortable recommending this center to family or friends.
The peace of mind of being able to drop my son off and not worry about him for 8.5hrs a day while I’m at work is such a blessing. It’s made such a difference knowing he’s happy and taken well care of, he LOVES it there. He’s learning more independence (as much as a 4.5 year old can). He’s learning to write his name and recognize letters and numbers but most importantly, to be with other kids in an organized day. We’ve seen such improvement in his interactions with other children, young and older. He was telling me about planet Venus and outer space on the way home, he showed me how he can put his own jacket on and zip it. His teacher was teaching him to tie his own shoes. The list goes on of useful and practical every day knowledge and skills he’s learning. EVERY teacher knows his name, not just one or two. It’s personal and family like and I feel the teachers and aides are invested and care about my sons well being. They also take the time to send updates and talk to me whenever I have questions. Thank you Kids Grow Hope!
