Kids First

My child has been going there for over a year now and I have always liked the daycare. Now that they are under new management, I like it even more. It is more structured for the children and their academic growth and the staff is AMAZING!!!!! The new management team and staff truly care about the kids and have their best interest at heart!

This one of the best daycares in the Houston area actually let me re-phrase this is the BEST DAYCARE in the world. I understand this may sound a bit ambitious to state but as a parent I look for a lot when picking a facility for the care of my child and I can state without any inhibitions that kids first truly has and does make your KiDs their 1st Priority. My little one has going there for almost a year now and from the moment he got there the love and care was just amazing and detail in getting the kids learn new skills, words and having ready to face school is just what they need. I could go on and on but let me just say my son is really happy there and as sure as there maybe other daycares in the area that are good I can speak for the staff of Kids 1st from the amazingly Wonderful Kim :) to the fantastic (and I do mean FANTASTIC!!) Courtney she is just the best . Now in closing so I don't sound too bought which I would state or overstate issues when it comes to children being an Educationist myself I will say to all parents that one thing I love is once you do find any discrepancies in your child's behavior or attitude with staff or other children or any issue at all the management are super friendly and prompt in dealing with every issue and they are very proper in making sure any health issues ranging from physical to emotional they stay in touch with parents on every action they made or plan to take regarding the children. I am very satisfied and hope after reading this you consider kids first as your 1st option for your kids daycare

I wish I could give this place 0 STARS. This facility is horrible. The Indian lady who is the owner is very rude, she isn't concerned about the kids there. THEY JUST CARE ABOUT TAKING YOUR MONEY. I had to remove my son from this facility due to him coming home with bruises and teachers yelling at my child. Not to mention they never lock the front door and a child ran out of their building due to their lack of security. They never inform you of any kind of incident, I always find out from my child, something has happened to him while in their care and when you try to address the owner (Indian) lady about it, she gets an attitude and act as if your concerns about your child/children aren't important. I have ran into too many bad experiences with this daycare and would NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE TO ANYONE, IT'S NOT SAFE AND I DON'T LIKE HOW MY CHILD WAS TREATED WHILE ONLY ATTENDING THIS FACILITY FOR LESS THAN 2 MONTHS. (BEWARE PEOPLE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR KIDS, DON'T BRING THEM HERE)

I usually never write reviews on places but this one it’s one of those that people needs to know, what kind of place is it .. I’m giving one star because it’s required to put a comment but it it would be for me I would put -10 starts .. this is a horrible place to take your kids to .. Fernando at the begging it’s very friendly and nice, makes you want to take your child there .. and the price it’s cheap, but they said you get what you pay for right. A week after him being there came home with a huge bite the bruse didn’t go away until a week later , I understand that they are kids and they will do those things and my son has getting bit before but not this bad .. another occasion I went to pick up my son and this ledy was screaming at him that’s not the way to talk to kids . And so and so . So I decide not to take my child back because at this point I was scared . My husband went to get my son belongings and they told him that he didn’t have anything there . They keep his clothes and a toilet sit that I took because my son didn’t wanted to use the potty there because it was the adult size potty and hi was only 2 2/1 . And that was not it Fernando also charged my account with 100 dólares, because I took him out, and I called him to talk about things and to see what happened . Well he refused to talk to me , I went outside and I called and the lady lie saying he wasn’t there and I was looking at both of them from outside . my kid been to others daycares I never had to pay to take my son out there’s was no contract . Also I never gave permission for him to save my debit information in his file .. so because of that they ended up giving me my money back .. but I think that people should know this things . They are NOT A GOOD PLACE TO LEAVE YOUR KID WITH . I don’t know who’s putting good starts on this places but they are lying .

This place is a joke. The owner of this place sent out a text message threatening a friend of mine. Stating “if you ever set foot in this place again I will have you escorted out or I will call ice on you. “ the owner doesn’t care about the kids. Why would you want a man like this running a company where your kids are running around? This man only cares for the money. He even said “money talks” also the staff there screams at the kids. What type of stuff is that. This place is cheap , yes but remember you get what you paid for. These kids need love. Not an angry man that’s hungry for money. This place is not the place where kids want to grow up in .
