What Parents Say
Kids First Daycare receives mostly positive feedback, with parents praising the caring staff, engaging activities, and excellent summer programs. Most children enjoy attending and parents report feeling confident in their care. However, there are concerns about inconsistent staff quality and questions about management transparency.
After six years with this daycare, I can say that 75% of my experience was enjoyable. There are some truly amazing staff members here who care deeply about the children and have a special place in my heart. They made a positive impact on my family, and I’m grateful for their kindness and dedication. However, there were also some staff members whose behavior and attitude made me question whether they should be working with children. While the majority of our time here was good, our departure felt cold, and as if my loyalty over the years didn’t matter. It’s a bittersweet feeling because of the memories we’ve had, but I hope the center can continue to grow and improve.
The kids learn and have fun, the staff is easy to connect with. The outdoor playground is wonderful for all ages that attend daycare. I love having the peace of mind that my children are both well cared for and having fun.
My son has been with these fabulous ladies since he was months old in 2020. He is two going on three this year. They treat my baby like their own and I couldn’t ask for anyone better to take care of my child while I’m at work.
My child loves it here, she never wants to leave. They do so many fun activities in the summer.
Be aware they blocked my family members review explaining how the owner is here. Dont trust a owner that hides truth.
