I cannot express enough how wonderful this center is. The owner is an amazing woman with so much love for the children and their development. She genuinely cares about her employees and makes sure they have what is needed to give the children a loving and educational environment. I have seen the staff go above and beyond to care for these children as if they were their own. There is such a sense of teamwork as the children age up to different classrooms to make sure the child isn't "starting over" in a new room, rather continuing their improvement. The building and playground has had some major beautification done in the past couple years and it's so wonderful for the children! I cannot reccomend this place enough. I thank them for all the care they showed my children while they attend and I feel so blessed to have had the piece of mind knowing how well they were taken care of.
If I could give a no star I would. . They closed yesterday and no notice for the parents. I called to see if they were open and the lady was really rude to me and not welcoming. I' refuse to take my son there . I feel so uncomfortable having children there .im especially not sending my own son. It's cramped with cribs .also dirty has food smashed in the carpet looks so disgusting . Believe all the reviews. Save ur self time and grief don't send ur children here.
Most of the staff was rude. Treated my son horribly. Should’ve pressed charges when they weren’t watching him and he knocked his tooth out. Took him 4 years to grow back in. Then they kicked him out for defending himself to their own kids who were bullies. Owner was a coward she couldn’t even face me to say it herself. Unless your child can speak about what happens, don’t send them to this type of daycare! Would give them 0 stars if I could. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE!!!!
I 1st hand seen how things went at this place. Would never use them. Took my daughter out and will never send her back. Had issues and took it up with the owner and nothing was done and was told that it was her daughter. When I post about it on face book my post was deleted. Also had one girl that worked there tell me I was lying about what happened that I seen with my own eyes. Had numerous people just get ahold of me and tell me about bad experiences they had. Not safe
I'm so happy I picked Kids First as my son's daycare. He loves the other kids and the staff, and I'm never worried that he's not getting the attention that he needs. To make it even better, they're priced very affordably compared to a lot of the other daycares offering infant care in Trumbull and Mahoning counties. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
