That Kimberly Lens review is completely false! First off no one vacations to Ballston Spa lol second my son has attended this daycare for a few years now and has never had an issue. The staff is very attentive and the new director has done an amazing job since taking over. Night and day difference with the staff and care for the children!! Safety is not an issue and never has been a kid by the road by themselves. That’s either a disgruntle parent with a problem child or a major Karen. Highly recommend the daycare and staff.
I'm actually sick to my stomach of what i just saw. I was driving by this daycare because i'm on vacation passing through. I saw the two women working there walk right inside and left a little boy who was probably about 3 years old outside all alone by the busy road. I of course called and she was EXTREMELY rude. Do NOT bring your child there. Doesn't seem safe at ALL!!! makes me furious what i just saw. DO BETTER!!!!
The Daycare is clean and the staff are great people. The policies and procedures are lacking. Hopefully with more experience as time goes on they are able to put more procedures in place and adhere to them. They seem to be growing faster than they can properly train new staff.
They let my daughter cry for 45 minutes and ignored her, didnt notify me that she needed me. The directors huge @ is stuck to the desk chair when she gets up it comes with her. Also my daughter will not step foot into another daycare she is absolutely terrified. If you send your child here then you dont give a f about them. They abuse and neglect children.
My Granddaughter was petrified to go here after the 2nd day. One of the workers told my daughter that they just let her cry for over 45 minutes ! Never checked on her never picked her up. It is very stressful for a toddler to be away from their parents to begin with but to not even acknowledge that she was even there is horrible and to admit it no less. They never answer the phone or return any messages! Please do not send your children here!
