This daycare made a false accusation against us of sexual abuse to DSS over my grandson having a diaper rash. Mind you it was not bleeding or anything. Instead of them calling me to confirm after the weekend if he indeed had a bad rash or constipation. He has been going to this daycare since he was in the baby room. They know how massive his Bowels are due to his constipation. The toddler room teacher knew he was on medicine as I would inform them when he took the meds at home, so they wouldn't think it was diarrhea. Why they didn't call me first or ask the previous teacher if they ever saw his bottom look, the way it did. Them calling DSS was a HORRIFIC experience. After the long intense week, it was determined after medical examination that it was not sexual abuse, just a diaper rash and was told to continue using the diaper cream. This is a daycare they should know kids in diapers will get a rash. The rash was not even bleeding and the daycare teacher took a picture of my grandson bottom on her personal cell phone and she is still employed there. Be careful when enrolling your babies here.
I can’t say enough good things about this daycare. They are wonderful all around! They have been so supportive and kind to my kids. When our toddler was diagnosed with cancer they have been nothing but wonderful and helpful! I could not imagine going anywhere but here!!! I am so thankful for them.
This daycare has been such a blessing to me and my almost three year old. They are very friendly, welcoming. At my child's old daycare he would cry when id drop him off. Here, he has always been comfortable and excited to go. I can tell he feels safe here. Everyone is really gentle with the kids I'm their correction she that is a huge impact on him for the positive. I can tell he has learned a lot and progressed a lot in his short time being here. Lots of outside time and play. I thank God for leading me and my child to this place.
My almost 5 month old has been going here since she was 12 weeks old. She is excited every time we walk into the building and just adores each of her teachers. It’s a breath of fresh air for first time mommies to know their child is being taken care of while they are working. She comes home with new tricks that she has learned all the time. We absolutely love this this day are and everyone has been so nice and welcoming to us. We really appreciate Kids First Academy!!!!
This week is my daughter Ariana's first week of daycare and I cannot be more happier and pleased with the care she has received this week. I highly recommend this safe haven for any parent looking for childcare. The staff is loving, caring and very well mannered. I have picked my daughter at different times of the day and always find her smiling and having fun. It took me months of search in finding the right place. I am happy I have found this place. Ladies keep up the great work.
