K.I.D.S Day Care Center

I have used the services of KIDS Daycare for about 10 years now. My oldest who is now 11 absolutely loved being there. She was very well taken care of. She was always nice and clean when i picked her up and the staff was also very nice. Now, i have my youngest there who is now a toddler and she too enjoys being there. Although the staff has now changed they are still nice and courteous. They send constant notifications and updates on diaper changes, feedings, incidents or even random updates of her playing or doing activities. They also send home arts and crafts they do for special occasions. If you are looking for someone trustworthy to leave your children with, this is it.

Picking up my grandson... many times encountered staff addressing parents about how bad their kids behaved that day. It was very unprofessional and uncomfortable to be standing there while this was happening. I would follow these parents out to give them some encouragement after being scolded by these young teachers. They don't know how to handle normal toddler developmental situations so they just suspended the kids, leaving working parents with out care for 3 days. My daughter felt like something was wrong with her son because she was made to feel like a bad mother by the director. My grandson came home filthy everyday, hair and shoes filled with sand, clothes stained. Not a very secure daycare, anyone can walk in and out, only a small wall to stop someone from getting to the kids. My daughter decided to move her son to another daycare. He comes home clean, happy, and with lots of arts and crafts he did for the day. Pictures are sent to mom all day with what he is doing. 2 secured doors to get inside. Cameras everywhere. Director takes parents to her office to address an issues or private matters. Huge difference! So glad my grandson is at a daycare where they take care of him and my daughter can be at work without harassing texts about her son. Parents pay alot of money for daycare. It's time to re-evaluate how you operate this business.

They leave the babies crying alone, but the most worrying thing is that they don’t have any kind of security at doors, their always unlocked, anyone can enter all the way into your children's classroom and they don't even notice. One day it was more than enough to never come back. Look for better options.

I have been very pleased with this place. My four year old autistic son truly enjoys going to this place! I really believe that the girls that work there genuinely care for all the children under their care. When attending his old daycare, my son used to cry. I figured this was normal due to separation. He has said they were mean. And one day after he was finished at the old daycare, he was very sad. After encouraging him to talk, he said one of the teachers hit him on the head. We immediately pulled him from that place. Needing a place to go, KIDS Daycare Center was truly a Godsend. He gets excited to go everyday. He talks about all his friends at the daycare and talks positively about his teachers. I'm so satisfied with his care and treatment. I couldn't have asked for better place for him!

Very nice and polite staff when i go and pick up my baby. Daycare is always clean and that is one of the things i like about it. One of the other things i like is that they always inform you about everything that is going on during the day with the mobile app brightwheel.
