Kids Connection Childcare II

The last couple months have been so awful - changes in your leadership team has really gone downhill. We brought our daughter here for Ms Cass who no longer is there and clearly there is not a single person trying to make a difference. If you want to see change and promote a positive environment for these kids look at your current leader - make some changes. The culture is terrible and as an organization look at keeping the ones who actually care and are there for the children. Teachers are not happy and that will reflect onto the kids. You have a Director who is worthless and you let the good Assistant leave and can’t keep teachers —— that should be red flags for any business. You should t wait for a Google review to “act” like you care. If families were important you would care more about retaining good staff to teach these children and your data base is not going to direct you to google review individuals - and the end of the day be authentic in correcting the issues not sending a generic response that appears you care about the business. A Thank you and we will look into concerns - and then do that, goes a long way.

We have been a KC family for over 7 years, our 3 kids have literally grown up there, and formed special bonds with all the kids and teachers! The teachers have treated all of my children as their own, you can tell there is a deep love for them there. They are always very well cared for and kept super busy during the day. Whenever I have had a concern or issue Bonnie and the rest of the director staff has handled it with kindness and grace. We have very open conversations and they are constantly asking for feedback. Mrs. Jessie is also so sweet in the morning (and the rest of the day for that matter), when she greets me every morning my day is made! They have all worked very extensively with my chaotic schedule and have been rather flexible with me. We will really miss them all when our kids age out of their center.

My kids have been coming here for a few years now- we’ve seen infant room through summer camp. Let’s start with I drive past at least 2 other centers to get to this one and wouldn’t think about moving my kids anywhere else. The staff are very easy to work with, the kids have enjoyed all of their teachers and the director, Bonnie, is wonderful! They work with kids individual needs and accommodate reasonable parent requests. They definitely ease “mom guilt” of working full time!

Kids Connection is a fantastic daycare. They truly care about their students and families. Bonnie goes above and beyond as the director to make sure the needs of children and parents alike are met. All of the teachers that we have worked with have been phenomenal.

I love this center and would not trust anyone else to care for my son. He has learned so much and I think beyond academics he feels safe and comfortable to be himself. The Director and staff are always supportive and honest and I am so happy to be able to know my child is well cared for here! Top notch daycare!
