We moved my daughters daycare recently the photo with this review is one of the big reasons as to why. The staff are friendly however the facility itself needs some TLC. The lights in the hallways are always dim or off completely. The photo is of the toilet that was in my daughter's room. It was like this for at least 2 weeks. A good cleaning and things could be better. Update: Daughter has been at her new daycare for 3 weeks now and kids connection is still trying to charge us. We were told that we pay for the week in advanced, if that were true the last payment would have been the Monday of her last week. Her attitude at drop off has done a 180 at the new place she runs to her room excited to be there and doesn't cling to mom and cry. Makes me wonder why she acted that way here.
My son loves it here. And I love the staff! My sons teachers keep me updated throughout the day with pics and communication. Makes me happy to know he is in good hands while I work and with people who truly care about him.
Horrible daycare! Go to Indiana government website, you can read how many inspections they had. They have a lot of inspections compare to other daycare. (Which we found it later...) Facility needs updates, teachers don't have common sense or manners, very dirty and their daily report is not dependable! Teachers talk bad about each other and other parents. We are so glad our children stopped going there and found a new place.
Great Place for you kids. Very sensitive to the needs of the children and let the parents know of any concerns they may see in the daily activity of the child. Never had any negative issues. I feel confident in knowing my children are in good care when I leave them at Kids Connection.
Horrible daycare. My son got pinworms from a staff member who admitted it to me and failed to report it to the owner. When I did, there were no ramifications for it. To make matters worse, my daughter received 3 stitches from a fall that split her lip in half all the way down to her chin. Accidents happen but the video showed that she was screaming and crying and walked to a staff member who ignored her for a while, because she was talking to someone else. When I watched the video, all the staff member said was, "See... she did it herself". Additonally, this daycare charges a hefty surcharge for credit/debit card payments which I doubt they've registered for and will eventually be in trouble if the Card Acquirers find out. I highly recommend Toddler Town.
