My child attended this daycare for about two months before we took him out. My son is autistic, and they never let me forget he had a disability! I read the lawful requirements for ALL able children (my son has NO physical disabilities, no behavioral issues) and they deliberately excluded my son from activities (outside play, developmental activities, individual attention, etc). Unfortunately, autism is quite normal nowadays, and you’d think that people who’ve been dealing with children for years would be more educated/understanding. If your child does not have a disability, this review may not apply to you. But it speaks to how they treat children who don’t fit a certain mold (which is illegal). And I only wrote this review (months after leaving this place and attending his new daycare) because of how well he’s doing now. I thought maybe that his experience would be the same at his new daycare but I realize that it was just this place. And given a little understanding, my son has thrived. So glad I took him out.

Not sure if I can even slightly agree with the aforementioned comment regarding Mrs Carter and I am saddened to come here to sing her praises and see such words. She taught my son in pre-k last year and because of "HER" I just left my son's kindergarten conference hearing my son will be reading on a 1st grade level by the year end. Mrs Carter was more than a teacher; she was a leader, a mom when I was not present, a mentor and became family to me and all the parents last year. She encouraged us to read with our children and helped us understand the basic foundations our kids will need to succeed. She commanded respect, not demanded as there is a huge difference. The kids all adore her and many cried when they realized she wasn't going to kindergarten with them. SHE was the reason my son wanted to come to school and make her proud. SHE is the reason my son is reading and doing math above average. I pray all the other parents blessed to have her teach their children will embrace her and appreciate her as their children will be forever grateful for the learning experience. It's a shame someone would attempt to shame someone and use this platform to state such negativity. My son attended before and after care and Mrs Carter is there early and late at times ensuring she is always ready to greet the kids ON TIME and teaching them early the value of being punctual. I thank God for Mrs Carter and many others do too. To Mrs Carter, KNOW you are doing all the right things and your service to our children is priceless. With respect and admiration, a proud parent taught by the best prek teacher ever, Mrs Carter

Kids Come First allows me to go to work without any worries knowing that my child is in a wonderful safe setting. The women here do what they do because they love it and they were put on this Earth to take care of our children when we are not present. They are all wonderful! Knowing what it is like to work in a setting where there can be reviews on Google, I know that there are people who slander without stating full facts. For this daycare to mistreat ANYONE is not practical as well as not true. These women are lovely and deserve nothing less than praises.

At first i thought my son was just being a child when he refused to go to school every morning but then realized he was just unhappy. I Had to remove my child from this center because one of the teachers yelled at him. Her name is Ms. Carter, she is not even my son's teacher, she teaches another pre-k class, and she does not have the characteristics of a good teacher. She speaks with an attitude to everyone and a parent told me she yelled at my son because he was crying after i dropped him off, she told him to shut up because he is interrupting her class and that is not the way to gain a child's attention or respect. She is not loving, nurturing, caring or sweet. I hope she gets monitored from now on because her method is negative. She gains childrens fear not their trust.

My kid loved this school, right now he’s in first grade but still remembers his teacher Ms. Coco
