Please do not send your child to this day care! They have teachers that allow the kids close enough to bleach that it got all over my son’s shirt. They are very disorganized and will lose paper work you give them and the claim you never gave it to them. This daycare is poorly run. My son has also been sent home multiple times with a poop diaper & dried snot all over his nose. I’ve been patient enough but today is where I’ll draw the line. The owner showed me all she care about is a couple dollars and my child and my time means absolutely nothing to her. I Informed the owner months ago I had my son on another waitlist because I just had a baby and this facility no longer accepts infants. She said ok and just to asked for me to give her a two weeks notice. I have never given her a two week notice because I am unsure when my son will start the new daycare because I have not been given a date. The owner called me this morning to let me know, my son was unable to come anymore because she has given his spot away and the new kid would start Monday. Keep in mind I’ve paid the $75 re enrollment fee months ago to hold his spot for the new year and never gave her a date for when he will stop attending. So she stole my money and then gave my sons spot to another child before we even discussed a date he would not be coming back. Of course I was upset in a single working mom and none of this seems right. When I spoke up and addressed how I felt she tried to make me the problem and ended the conversation with good riddance when moments before she was trying to pretend like she cared and let me know she would try to make it right but didn’t know if there was anything she could do. Yes there was something you could of done maybe be a half decent person and not kick a kid out of day for no reason. She expected me to give her a two weeks notice yet she gave me a phone call letting me know my son could not come back the next day because she took it upon herself unenroll my son.

We have throughly enjoyed our experience at Kid's College. My (almost 5 year old) daughter has been here over 3 years and has grown and flourished so much. The entire staff has had a hand in her development and she loves them all so much, which speaks volumes to me. When addressing any minor issue, I've always felt heard and valued. It's been a truly great fit for us!

Removed my children after only 2 weeks. I never once met the owner until that day we had a problem and she was very unprofessional. After speaking with local law enforcement that live in my neighborhood they stated that it is not the first time they have visited the facility and they have a history of deleted surveillance videos in the daycare. I was also informed about the owners husband arrest for sexual assault of the daycare workers and they have had prior complaints and lawsuits that were settled out of court. I was in shock. I went home and actually googled it and found the information on the online! All of it.Wish I would have done better research when looking for a daycare.

We are so happy with the care our son (14 months) received at Kids College. The staff is incredibly personable, professional, and gives the highest level of affection, attention, and care. They stay within staffing ratios that not only meet their licensure requirements, but also the ones that make PARENTS comfortable. The facility is beautifully decorated, brightly lit, and they just installed a new security system to ensure safety. I have ZERO complaints about them, and would recommend them to any parent looking for safe, quality care for their little one in the Bluffton area. Thanks, Kids College, for taking such good care of our little man! Abby S.

I started my two youngest boys, 8 months and 4 year old here only 3 weeks ago. My 8 month old had suffered a cold and had breathing treatments that had to be administered. I discussed this with them and they assured me that he would be taken care of. I Brought in the EXACT amount of his medication he would need for 2 days before the Easter holiday. The first day went well and I called to check up. Second day I pick my 8 month old, and I'm told by the caretaker that he had been irritable and fussy and his breathing had become rattled. I asked if his medication was giving and she said yes, and proceeded to tell me the times. When I got home I noticed he had a fever and that he was having a hard time breathing. I immediately called his doctor on call, and I go through the bags to get his nebulizer so i can go ahead and give him another round of his medication. That was when i noticed that the box i left at the daycare (that should have been empty if the medication was used) still had the last 2 vials that should have been used that day. THEY NEVER GAVE MY BABY HIS Medicine. And to make it worse they lied to me saying they did! I had to take my baby to the ER. Since it was Easter weekend i had to wait until Monday to talk with Vicky (the director) and the owner (chanelle) but my husband did call and leave a msg. They returned his call Monday morning and Vicky said that as soon and the owner came in that morning they would call and have a meeting. Finally at 11am they agree to meet us so we could discuss this mishap. The moment my butt hit the chair the owner (chanelle) told us that we were wrong and she had the video to prove that they did my child his medication. She starts going through the video so quickly, fast forwarding rewinding, pausing, muting. I kept asking her to show me the time and parts of that last day and she kept getting angry that I was refusing to agree with her, and wanted to see more of the video. All the while, she she continues to argue because at one point the lights are completely off, but she telling me that that was the moment he was getting his meds. You never see anything, on top of that she mutes the volume. Anyone who has used a nebulizer machine knows that loud annoying sound but she mutes this dark video where you see nothing. At this point I'm still asking questions and she's getting more and more frustrated and accusing me and calling her workers negligent. Mind you. I have not said much but was only asking to see parts of the tape. I ask her to show me, since the video is so dark, the moment someone at the front desk would have handed off the medication to the caretaker since all medicines are kept and the front desk. That's when she starts raising her voice, saying that I'm not going to believe her anyway and she doesn't have to show me anything without a subpoena. Things went downhill from there. I told her fine we could arrange that if need be. But aren't those cameras meant to protect the children? She kept arguing when the video was actually playing and pausing it when we would look at it. Little gameplay to distract us from what she was actually doing, which was lying. Finally I got up and said lets go because this is pointless. And she literally said 'yes get outta my office' like we aren't paying clients and that we weren't having a discussion about the wellbeing of my children at her facility. Completely unprofessional. I lost it from there and had few choice words before I left and also had to call 911 because she refused to give both our children's belongings. IF I COULD RATE THEM NO STARS I WOULD. This place was negligent and I had to rush my child to the ER because of it. This is my first time leaving a review ever on anything and I'm doing it because their negligence. Even the cop had to tell her off because she was being uncooperative. I work in healthcare and my husband works for the Department of Defense and I'm going to let everyone we know what happened with these people. Seriously, DO NOT take your children here!
