Kids Clubhouse Childcare Cntr INC

My son has been attending Kid's Clubhouse since he was a year old. He is now about to be five and he really enjoys going to childcare here. You can tell that the teachers care about the kids and really take interest in their lives. Every day I pick my son up he gives his teacher a hug or if he forgets, he will then run back inside to give one. The faculty is very easy to work with and they provide new, fun activities all the time. The quality of care for the price point is excellent. Even during the rough times of COVID, Kid's Clubhouse made it so I could continue doing my job and support my family.

There are not enough good things that I can say about Kids Clubhouse and the staff that works there! I am so thankful that I found Vicki and her team. My 18 month old started going there a little over a year ago. First and foremost, let's talk about flexibility in the scheduling. Vicki has always been so accommodating to me and my schedule- I am a full time nursing student, and I literally could not do it without her. The rates and what is all included in daily tuition is more than fair when comparing to other facilities in surrounding areas (plus they can do an automatic debit instead of having to write a check each week- thank goodness because I run around like a chicken with my head cut off and would forget). I also love that there is a security feature with a key pad in order to enter the building. My daughter started in the infant room with Ms. Linda and she instantly fell in love. As my daughter has moved to the older classrooms, she has been met with just as much love, care, and compassion. My daughter loves going to "school" and playing with her little friends. It is evident that the staff really enjoys their jobs and working with the kids. There is hardly a time that I walk through the doors and hear a cry from any of the rooms. KCH also does little shows throughout the year and even has Santa come visit! Truly a home away from home for my little girl and I wouldn't dream of taking her anywhere else.

My son has been going to this daycare for 2 years. This director is horrible at their job. Does not work with you what's so ever. My son has food allergies and she cant even accommodate for them, as other daycares do. I am a single mother raising one child it is hard to meet ends meet and yes I do get help from child care. The director continued to lie to me stating I don't have child care. I had called in a month before the supposed month I didn't have child care. Child care stated I had it and I only were to send in papers. I did, director of kids clubhouse said otherwise and that I didn't. Told me that my son is not to go there anymore. Directors are not allowed to call social worker as stated from my social worker regrading my benifits. The director says she works with you but she hasn't for me. I know a few people that have their kids in this daycare and they to are also sick of how she treats them. When you ask to have a little time to get payments she threatens to kick you out. Forcing you to write a check knowing you don't get paid till the end of the week. I can't count how many times my son comes home with his diaper soaking wet. It's like they don't even change him half the time. They give my son things he is not suppose to have. I don't know how the food is prep. Who knows if there were peanuts or butter next to or on the utensils used. I bring my son, his out lunch bag and half the time what I pack is not aten. My son is a good eater. If your looking for a daycare I would suggest going to another one.

Vicki and staff are unparalleled in service. I am very pleased with all of them and the level of care that they provide for my children.
