KIDS CLUB DAY CARE CENTER receives mixed reviews. Most recent reviews praise the facility for homemade meals, cleanliness, friendly staff, reasonable pricing, and quality preschool programming. We have used this daycare in the past, although there are things I do not like about the facility there are 2 rockstar employees that work there and it shows through how the kids react to them. Hope Sandlin and Erica Tracey are the rockstars of the group, they work like heck to plan a fun day for the school kids and even if they have had a hard day they won’t let it show to the kids, they are just big kids themselves and make them feel welcomed and loved! That’s why they only get 2 stars, 1 star for hope and the other for Erica!
DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE! i went to this day care when i was younger (maybe 8 ish years ago) and i remember so many bad things happening here. If you brought your own water bottle it would get stolen and thrown over the fence by younger kids and the staff did absolutely nothing about it. I remember going through 3 water bottles. Staff would literally stand and scream at everybody for literally nothing. They would take kids’ phones and other property if they weren’t doing what the staff wanted them to do. Numerous times I was using the bathroom and little kids would just walk right in and the staff wouldn’t do a single thing about it. Or I would accidentally see kids using the bathroom because they couldn’t lock it themselves and again, the staff didn’t do anything about it. Honestly, a lot was wrong with the staff. I remember this woman named tiffany. She honestly was the most problematic. I remember her screaming the most and when the boss came in she would act perfectly fine. She also would put vinegar on children’s tongues. I feel like if you’re going to hire someone to work in a place where taking care of children are involved they should meet the right credentials I also was forced to play with girls i did not like which isn’t so bad but if a child doesn’t want to play with someone they shouldn’t have to. Last thing, i would get pinched by other girls really hard where there was bruising and they didn’t do anything about it
I was on both ends of this business I worked here, and my son went here its a wonderful daycare. They make homemade meals, take pictures of the kiddos for the parents, and are very clean. I would highly recommend kids club to anyone needing daycare services.
My sister takes my niece there. The daycare is consistent, reasonably priced and the preschool is loved by many of my friends. My other sister even decided to start taking her daughter there for a few hours for the preschool!
They have a super amazing staff everybody's amazingly friendly and awesome they love taking care of the kids and my daughter loves being there
