Very negligent experience I have had. The provider just talks and types and goes by what you say or just simply ignores it. Totally ignored a debilitating condition and provided zero follow up care after I shared my symptoms. Protect your insurance from extra charges. Also, the receptionist has zero personable skills and zero eye contact. So much more……

A professional family doctor, and please stop writing nonsense... Both the administrator and the doctor communicated and listened perfectly. I am a new patient and I am writing what I saw. You can't please everyone! Wonderful people who know their job!!!

This clinic is extremely unprofessional and poorly managed. They stopped accepting my insurance but failed to notify me, even after sending a reminder for my appointment the day before. Instead, I showed up only to be told I would need to pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket. To make matters worse, the staff member I dealt with was dismissive, unapologetic, and made it clear they did not care about the inconvenience they caused. This shows a complete lack of respect for patients’ time and circumstances. I strongly recommend avoiding this clinic if you expect even basic professionalism and courtesy.

First of all I really don’t recommend this clinic. The provider doesn’t pay attention to your medical concerns. She seems to be clicking a lot of things on her laptop and doesn’t pay attention to a single word you’re saying. She is not professional at all. Then a person knocked on the door saying can I talk to you for 5 seconds. Then the provider didn’t even excuse herself and just stood up went outside. Then that person outside the door asked her what do you want for lunch. That person whoever it is, is taking the patient’s time with the provider. This person needs to ask the provider before she starts seeing patients what she wants for lunch that way she is not getting interrupted seeing patients. I thought that was very unprofessional. Then I hear her and her employees talking so loud outside the exam rooms. They were talking about what the patient came in for. I think that’s a HIPAA violation and I can report you for that. Then a medical assistant came in to do my bloodwork. She was really nice and kind. I watching her while she was getting everything prepared. Then she put the tourniquet on me, got the needle, then tried to poke me without cleaning the site. Then her reason was because she got distracted when I was talking to her. She should know what she is doing even if people are talking to her. I could’ve gotten an infection or something because she didn’t clean the site she was going into to do my bloodwork. This is unacceptable. Please train your employees well.
