Kid'S Castle Learing Center

Horrible daycare. They forgot to feed my son. Thank God I check the app all day. If I wouldn’t have called, I don’t know how long my son would have went without eating. He is ten months. Supposedly they wrote up two of the daycare teachers because of this situation. Mostly everyone there is rude.

I wouldn't recommend them if They were the Last place in Earth. My son And I use to work and go there and it was absolutely Awful. He has 2 permanent scars on his forehead from being there. He went through horrible separation anxiety for well over a year and I can't tell you how many times we'd be outside well over 2 hours in 80 plus degrees weather. I loved My kids and miss them so much But I wouldn't ever step foot back into that building if they begged me.

I was very particular where I sent my kids after voluntarily going back to work. I interviewed many places including in home daycares and this facility BY FAR was the best. I’ve had no regrets the past 3 years. My son and daughter like going each day and the staff is wonderful and genuinely cares.

Staff is incredibly rude. My 2 year old cried for a month straight when I’d take her so there was something obviously wrong. Little kids run out in the hallways. The teacher for my 5 year olds class should NOT be in the childcare field, no empathy or attention to upset children in the class. Never knew what room my kids were in daily when I’d go to pick them up. This daycare only cares about the money it seems like. I pulled my 2 kids and took time off work just to find a safer daycare with staff that actually cares about the children.

Awesome atmosphere. Looks like a child’s dream place. Staff seems great.... until you question their actions then that’s when they change. The owners are not accountable and will not take responsibility for things that happen. Some of the staff are great others do not care at all. The worst experience of a daycare I have ever had. Myself daughter was hurt there and no one was paying attention to the kids per video then the owner tried to say to my lawyer the incident happened occurred outside the facility when it’s clearly on video and their staff wrote up an incident report! Do not take your children there fair warning. After I pulled my daughter out I learned of several incidents that occurred at this facility and was warned never to go back not only by outside people but also by workers at DCFS (whom I reported the kids castle to) and I warn everyone that I encounter who mentions this facility to me!!!!
