Kids Care - Hazel Green

Just called to try to get more information and to schedule a tour to possibly GIVE THEM OUR BUSINESS! Whoever answered the phone seriously needs a lesson on customer service. She didn’t answer the phone rudely necessarily, but it certainly wasn’t friendly. Then after I got ALL the details said. She goes in a rude way, “I can’t hear you, WHAT?” I wish I could express her tone rather than just typing it because this isn’t doing a good job. Definitely no longer interested. If this is the way she talks to adults/people supporting her paycheck, I’d certainly hate to see how she talks to the children.
