Kid'S Care America

This is the most unprofessional place I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. My children went there for two months because they were the only daycare with availability at the time (now I know why). We should have known by our first interactions at the tour that it was not going to be a positive experience. The person doing the tour acted like she had never worked there a day in her life and didn’t have much to say about anything. On multiple occasions at pick-up the interior door would be propped open so anyone could come and go as they please. One of my children was bitten MULTIPLE times. I understand that kids bite sometimes, but this was an excessive amount like 3 times in one day and then multiple times before and after Almost like the employees aren’t paying attention. I heard employees yelling at kids several times when I was picking up/dropping off and this is not the style of discipline any child will respond positively to. On another occasion while picking up my children, one of the employees was blasting (I mean you could hear every word with their doors closed) the most profane rap music I’ve ever heard which I found very unprofessional as an employee when their are small children in the parking lot. There were times at drop-off some of the employees would barely acknowledge we were there and I don’t know for sure, but it didn’t seem like they did many enriching activities. I’m used to them coming home with paint on their clothes and other evidence of enriching activities and there was none of that here. I could go on and on, but I urge you to find a place with higher standards.

I will never recommend this place. My grandkids went there approximately 3 weeks total since after day one came home with hand, foot and mouth disease and had to miss a week.. then my grandson came home on multiple occasions with a combined total of at least NINE bites one was on his face! One ok, two maybe but 9?!? Unacceptable… that and the few times their parents were picking up and could hear teachers SCREAMING at the kids.. nope no thank you. I highly recommend more training or new help.

From 3 out of 3 women i have physical therapy with, who have no connection otherwise say it's crazy they're even still in business.... one woman said when they picked up their child, he was hiding in a corner scared to move... another said when she walked in to pick up her child early, that it was clear they weren't expecting anyone because there was a staff member screaming at a kid so loud she could hear her from the entrance.... and apparently a decade ago when the 3rd woman's child was there, the a teacher "had 2 teeth", that was the kindest of descriptors I will add.... again I don't have kids that went there but I hate the thought of kids being abused and parents should have access to any and all info pertaining to their kids lives

Great daycare that provides excellent care. Staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable about the children’s needs. You.can see the passion in their heart for their work. Kayla even takes time and is very patient with the children. They have great teamwork and are dedicated to helping each other. Definitely recommend!

The teachers at kids care america are amazing and are great at communicating! They always have something fun planned for the kids and my nephew is excited to go there everyday! highly recommend
