Their services are good, but I'm dealing with a year long issue that I've reported to BBB. They received double payment for my kids and have refused to issue any kind of receipt or refund! They got my younger daughter's speech regulated and got her potty trained! She regressed in both areas when we discontinued services. I would only give 1 star if they had poor services. My kids were happy! In addition to the double payment issue, I discovered they cheat the government. They do not report absences, they continue reporting when your child is pulled from daycare for any reason, and they have 0 bookkeeping in which I have never received a receipt. I would check with a lawyer if I knew how to go about that! My kids were always sick. I tried to brush it off, but they're never sick since they started a better daycare! Also, some of the comments are incredible. My daughter, when she was like 4, said, "[My teacher] told me people are going to make fun of me for wearing dresses all the time." (I left the name out. It's probably true, but they had no right to make the statement.) I reported it to the manager. "What!? She never said that!" Um, I don't think that's something my kid could have made up.
Amazing place! They helped my kid to be fully potty trained and the place is very clean and organized!
Sent my niece home several times in dirty diaper … you’d think you would smell poop in a child's diaper and change it, it wasn't fresh either cause she was sore from it sitting so long.
Over charges, smelly & unclean daycare facility. Owner charges a registration fee every year. Tried to make me pay a fee for a bad transaction on an automatic payment which wasn't my fault. Money hungry owner running a kid farm.
Great place…my kids were happy and had a wonderful relationship with the teachers!
