Their facilities are top of the line and their employees are great. Their business practices on the other, are not so great. They expect payment without services if your child does not attend. They expect a whole weeks pay even if your child is only there one day of the week. The only time they do not expect payment is when they are closed for a week during the holidays. They expect you to find alternative care during that time. Because of this, I would tell working families to pass on their facility. Let them operate just for DSS services.
Kids Campus is a top of the line childcare center. Children are able to participate in quality activities, they are making friends, and bonding with their teachers. The facility is clean and spacious, the kids are separated into different classes by age groups so the education they receive is specific to their needs. The meal plan is well-thought-out and nutritious. The staff is warm and kind. You are able to keep track of your kids daily activities through the app, this includes pictures of them as well. Ms. Abby and all staff care for every single child as their own. I would recommend this childcare facility 100%!
Kids Campus has been a “second home” for our daughter and family during the work day as we both work full time jobs. We cannot sing the praises of this childcare facility enough! They go above and beyond to ensure the well-being of our daughter and love her like their own. She is fed, taught, and loved! Ms. Abby has been with facility for years and has made an incredible transition into her now director role! She is an upbeat, positive, nurturing and compassionate leader and makes all those who enter feel apart of the Kids Campus family!
I am super proud of the amazing job Ms. Abby is doing as the new director at Kids Campus. The daycare is really clean and organized, if you’re looking for a good fit for your child I would recommend you to take a tour with them. I love Kids Campus! The business has such a warm and enjoyable atmosphere. When your child attends here, they’re not just being a part of a daycare environment but they’re also being taught educationally. My child’s learning experience through Kids Campus had them advanced beyond the school grade level when first entering in to Pre-K. The staff is professional, and when I had any concerns or questions, they were always addressed in a timely manner. I love the communication also which is very important when it comes to my children. I would recommend this daycare to anybody!
