Kids Are Us Academy

Finding a daycare was not something I ever thought I would have to do. You hear such bad things about it and it was scary for us to decide on a place to trust with our 1st baby. It took a few weeks of adjusting, as our son was only about 14 months old. This review is mostly for Ms. Roshni, she has put our minds at ease and I can see that the way she cares for our baby is special. She's been there the longest and she is amazing at her job. Sooner than I thought, the drop offs got easier and he got more comfortable, our son really likes her as well as the other teachers. It's been about 5 weeks now and everyday goes very well. You can watch on 2 cameras; 10 minute sessions, 10 times per day. The cameras are not great, 1 is terrible. There is 1 other teacher that I feel is a bit aggressive with the children and doesn't give the same vibe, but my son seems to like her, so it can't be too bad. I'm not too crazy about the food provided, not the healthiest, but it is all included in the price and you can bring in your own food if you really want to. Communication is great, prices are fair, staff and teachers are friendly, all in all, we would recommend this location and plan on having our son attend for the long haul. I have tried different daycare facilities. Kids R Us is definitely an A++ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I have been bringing my daughter here since she was 2 and is soon turning 5. She loves the school. They have definitely enhanced her learning, her vocabulary, her numbers. She is definitely ready and will be ahead once she gets to kindergarten. They are clean and sanitize everything. They communicate with you very well by either the app, phone call or in person. We definitely recommend Kids R Us. Their staff is friendly and they treat you like family. Their weekly rate is reasonable, they offer military discounts and also work with urban league.

My review is long overdue. I have been bringing my son since he was 6 months old and I will say that the staff goes above and beyond the classroom in being welcoming. My son loves going there and I know this because he doesn't cry when I drop him off even though he is clingy with me elsewhere. The office staff knows who he is, and his teachers love him. They use the procare app consistently, always updating you and especially sending you pictures and videos when they can. The director has been very good to our family. The staff is also on top of illnesses because my son has not gotten sick over the course of his stay with them. When he does get sick, it's from our park outings or places we go. They offer urban league for those who need it and offer discounts to CCSD teachers. Overall, great daycare, I honestly don't have anything to complain about.

So let me start off by saying I never do reviews but when I say this school needs a award for the most academics performance I mean they are amazing my 6yr old started kids r us when she was 1yrs old it was rough leaving her but they loved on her til she didn’t want to come home with me anymore that’s how I became comfortable Mrs Kim is one of the most selfless people I’ve ever met ever numb I’ve bumped into she was there to carry me over it my daughter started talking better they even potty trained her as a single mom I felt like god sent me angles they say it takes a village well kids r us is that exactly they really care for our babies my baby got older an smarter I even got a free assessment for her and I learned she had a couple of issues that would make her act out mrs Kim quickly got us a meeting an we solved every problem she was dealing with together when I tell y’all my daughter is #3 in her class which is also a academy I was so nervous when she started kindergarten but mrs Kim an her team made sure my baby was ready for whatever was comin her way my daughter loves school loves learning an it all started at kids r us academy I will forever be grateful to them they are my family now I have a 2 yr old granddaughter I have custody of an she attends they love her to death an I see change in her daily from abcs to nursery rhymes she know them all I have to tell u if u have kids this is the place to put them in before they start school they never judged me as a single mom they lifted me up through good an bad times I wanna say mrs Kim an team we love u guys dearly an I want the world to know about this blessing of a daycare/preschool I put everything I own on this school u will be amazed at the things they do for our little ones thank u guys so much for taking us in as family an loving us unconditionally you will be blessed forever you are A-1 people an continue to grow cause we need more schools like urs around the world

If I could give it more stars I would. Start with the professionalism of the management and then I love the way it’s a family organization. Secondly I like the way they take care of my most prize possession and they keep informative updates daily. I recommend this daycare to anyone And I hold this daycare very high and standard and well worth it. Highly recommend using Kids R Us.
