Love this daycare and the staff! Our child enjoys going and is excited to play and learn. The staff communicates well and is always updating us through the app on how our child's day is going, what she's doing/making that day and they even send pictures throughout the day of various activities she's participating in. The staff know the children by name, even ones that aren't her teacher - it feels like they really take the time to care.

Awesome childcare center ! My child attended for almost 3 years and our experience was great.The directors were always so easy to get in contact with and I loved that. I may have had maybe two or three MINOR things to happen in three years and they were handled immediately and that let me know my child was in good hands. As a parent who is very protective over my children I would definitely refer this nice, clean , kid and parent friendly center wholeheartedly!

PLEASE READ!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!! I wish there was an option for a zero star review. If you like to pay for your child to be bitten, pinched, spit at and much more, this is the perfect place. I understand that kids will be kids but where do you draw the line for your child? The staff/teachers seem like they are doing the best they can and I commend them for doing their best with terrible leaders. The biggest problem and reason they will be shut down is the owners Candace and her husband. They are extremely unprofessional in the way they hold themselves and the business in the first place, but more importantly, they let children hurt each other and the staff with no accountability. What else gets swept under the rug? The state is auditing this daycare regularly (said by the staff) since a child was wandering the streets in pikeville but, Candace and her husband are slick! Best childcare in the state of North Carolina. I mean unless you don’t like being treated with a smiling face every morning, or feeling like even when mistakes or issues arise they take full responsibility and address everything immediately with transparency and communication. They have taken all three of our children in and treated each of them as if they were their own! FUNDAMENTALS TO THE MOON !!!!

We love fundamental in pikeville! This was my first time putting my kids in daycare, and I was so nervous. However, the teachers truly treat my kids as their own. If there’s an incident they make sure to tell me right away which I really appreciate
