We’re having a great experience at this center. My son has attended the infants class since he was 7 months old, January 2024. Teachers are very friendly and happy with the children. We love the food program and feel like it helped our son starting solids and exploring different foods and textures. He plays with lots of different toys and there are lots of opportunities for him to climb, crawl, and walk around. Staff has been great with communication through email or through the childcare app. Huge bonus is the flexibility with days. I needed 5 day/week care in the beginning but now only need a couple days a week. I’m very happy that I can choose 2 day/week to fit the needs of my schedule and still get great care for my son. I would recommend this center to a friend.

We’ve sent our kids here on and off since 2019, and I absolutely love this center. The director is great- responsive, flexible, attentive. And we haven’t had an issues with anyone on staff. We briefly went to another center due to under enrollment in the infant room, and had such a worse experience - and were so happy to come back to the Jackson location.

I don't understand what happened. But I came here bc the daycare I was at, close their doors. I ask clear questions 1st question if they accepted action for children, they said yes, if they charge the difference from their fee they ask if i was paying anything at the other daycare I say yes $200 Katrina told me i could pay the same here, and 3rd question if they had space available for an infant they said yes. She ask me to send her the birth certificate, record of shots, and the approval letter from the other daycare andi did. Katrina gave me the forms to submit to action for children, she let me bring my grandson to the daycare for 4hr so the transition would be smoothly, my case was approved really quick and gave them everything that. I told her I wanted to start 3.18.24 bc the daycare was closing the 15 she said no problem yes you can start that day. She told me she was gonna send me the app so I could make a $500 dll deposit in case he wasn't approved by the 18. I told her ok is fine. March 14, I received a call from Renee asking for a statement from the other location so they can approve me to pay the 200, when Katrina had told me yes it was ok without having any problems of providing anything, I told her I don't have any of this information bc I don't pay. They insisted. She told me this was gonna the the only way i would get the spot. I was able to provide the information, and on Friday 3.15 Katrina call me saying I have to pay $1,100 to get the spot, I had come in the morning ask her since I was approve if they can take hin until I can find a daycare. Bc they can collect from action for children since he was already approved.Katrina told me to go to another kids and company daycare they possibly be accepted bc they charge less. This is so unpleasant, unprofessional to come across with people that doesn't know how to work correctly. I call and complain with Julie at the corporation all she said was let me talk to Renee this was Monday 3.18 since then I haven't hear from them. I lost days of work money for food for my table bc I had no daycare, bc they didn't know how to work with ethics. I have the text messages with Katrina saying yes to every single question. She could've just give me a quote and I would've decided if I could make a payment or not. They made me feel like they were on back of the money. They never contacted me cause they know they did wrong. They don't know how to admit and fix their mistakes of course. For what would I call Renee if she never return calls

They are super slow on responding emails and calls. And if you overpaid, they will not refund you for some reason and said they can hold them as credit for you to use later.

I didn't purchase anything from this store.
