This place has been an absolute BLESSING for my children. All the teachers including the front desk workers are incredibly caring. I can’t say anything bad about Kids Ahead! Love this place and HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
After my son was diagnosed with a behavior disorder and working endlessly to get my son help a week later the daycare decided to remove my son stating they no longer had a spot for him because he couldn’t attend the pre-school through Springfield after they found out they couldn’t get a 4 hour break from him they kicked him out after multiple meetings not giving us time to find a new daycare or anything! If your child has any behavior disorders or any type of disorder at all I do not recommend this daycare at all!!
we absolutely love the teachers in the classroom setting however I was told early on that they were short staffed but they lied and told me clearly that my child was only approved for part time and could not exceed 25 hours however when I contacted my benefits about my title 20 my child has been approved for full-time the entire time he was attending. This means that they were excepting full-time payment but not allowing my child to attend any more than part time then later kicking my child out of the program due to short staffing. I am honestly offended on mine and my child’s behalf I’m disappointed in the facility as a whole.
I cant tell you how much we love this daycare! My toddler loves it and my school aged son loves it! My son is looking forward to next summer! They treat you like you one big family!We highly recommend!
This review is solely for the use of its rental hall and nothing to do with its daycare abilities as those have not been used: I recently attended an event here in their rental space. It was easy to access, the hall itself had nice features, such as high ceilings with lots of windows and an outdoor patio, and offered plenty of seating that would suit a variety of spaces, there was also a small kitchen. The cons, I felt, were the overall cleanliness, lack of freshness/newness feeling of the space (I understand it’s a daycare, but I feel if you’re going to rent that space, then there should be some effort to conceal the daycare-ness of the space, like moving signage, children’s artwork, and other fixtures like televisions), the potential security threat it poses to opening up the space to non-daycare customers to view the space (You can never be too careful in this age) and finally their lack of digital presence.
